Me+em are my favourite go to store.
Their trousers are a perfect fit for me though I can’t say the same for their dress fittings. The quality of their products is outstanding though on the expensive side.
I have more success with buying items from their stores than on line.

I have been buying from Me&Em for a few years now and I have never been disappointed with any garments. Every item is beautifully made, and the material are so luxurious. I just wish they made more petite sizes as I am only 5ft 1 so everything needs taken up.

Beautiful dress, outstanding quality and fit. Used the try before you buy service which enabled me to try two sizes before paying for the one I kept. Will definitely use this service and company again

What a lovely visit to the Harrogate store. A beautiful selection of everything for every occasion. Tried two lovely potential wedding guest dresses, both a perfect fit and one in particular felt exactly what I was hoping for. Then treated myself to a pretty, blue and white short sleeved cardigan, again a great fit and suitable lots of occasions, great with jeans or dressed up with smart trousers. The staff were very helpful, bringing different sizes for me to try, and my friend and I were treated to a refreshing glass of bubbles which made our afternoon even more perfect. I was back there last Sunday 12th, and bought a short-sleeved coral cardigan, but admired lots of other items so I'm bound to be back again soon.

I would like to highly commend Jill at your Draycott Avenue store. I do quite a lot of shopping there, and recently I tried on some outfits but stupidly didn’t buy them there and then, and when I went back, they were out of stock.

Jill found what I needed at Harrods, I went there and Diana served me very well.

But I really want to commend Jill for going above and beyond and definitely cementing my loyalty to the brand.

I came across this brand online and loved the style. It is a bit expensive but I absolutely love the looks what I saw so decided to go ahead. AS I live in Ireland there was no chance for me to try so I just had to read reviews to access what size I am . lucky to me dress was incredible and fit perfectly. I followed to by another dress and then trousers . Trousers however were a bit too small so I created refund ( was straight forward) it took a while for me to get refund but once I contacted customer care Ive got mediate response and refund was made on the same day. I will certainly buy again as I love the product , the quality and customer service was very helpful . thanks for beautiful quality

Love the clothes and accessories - great quality and style. The brick and mortar store staff leave a lot to be desired. Regularly visit Mercer St. in NYC and they don’t help you or even acknowledge you sometimes, you have to approach the counter and request help. Given the price point and luxury label, I expect more.

Ordered 4 items, quick delivery, beautifully packed. Sadly didn’t like two dresses and a third didn’t fit in the right places. Kept a cardi/jacket! Expensive but beautifully made and lovely material. Sent back items, very slick return policy, money refunded within 10 days

These days I want quality clothing that lasts. I'd rather pay more for items that last years, than pay budget for items that will probably last a season. Me + Em matches my brief.

Clothes are amazing quality and stand the test of time. They are classic and I always receive compliments when wearing them. They always arrive well packaged and I love the fact that if I do have to return anything I don’t have to faff about logging into a website as there is a label inside the parcel

I love their spring/summer designs. Very stylish and classy. The dress I bought is well made and perfect for a tropical wedding luncheon event. Their collection is on the pricey side due to the exchange rate.
I wish they offered free shipping from a certain purchase amount onwards or at least lower shipping costs. That said, shipping was super fast as it arrived halfway across the globe within 3 days!

Great communication, easy to place an order. Dress is lovely and fits just as expected with one criticism: the back bulges out strangely on either side of the zipper. I will keep the dress and have it altered. Otherwise, I look forward to wearing this lovely dress!

Rarely does a catalogue drop through my door that I don’t fall in love with lots of items. The clothes are so flattering and well made. All items I process ( and there are lots!) I believe are timeless and I know still look good after many years both style and quality wise. My favourite clothes line by a mile.

I absolutely LOVE the timeless styles, quality of product and product presentation. Wish we had an Me+Em store in the Pacific Northwest. I would much prefer to try on the product in store vs ordering and hoping the piece fits. This can be a frustrating process or disappointing when the piece you love is no longer available in your size as product seems to move fast.

Terrific company all around. Wonderfully made items and great variety. I appreciate having the garment measurements online, which is so helpful, i haven’t had any fit issues knowing what I’m getting. It’s on the top end of my budget although I have observed I buy much less of other brands since I find the fit, quality and style I like here. Also, they frequently have a lot of generously reduced prices in their sale section. Had an order get stuck in customs once which they quickly solved. I have had the pleasure of visiting one of their London stores which was a real treat for this midwestern. Probably the best in-store shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I buy online from Me & Em. The product images are accurate and detailed, sizing is consistent so returns are minimised.
The suggestions for styling are great and ensure I wear each piece in different outfits. Highly recommend!
