I attended Meadows&Wood to have my six monthly ear wax removal. Brilliant service as always so kind and professional. Lovely firm to do business with absolute pleasure , a big thank you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Claire was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly gentle and always listened carefully to my needs as a patient. Her experience truly showed, and she provided excellent information. I still had an ear infection in my left ear, and she kindly asked me to come back for a complimentary follow-up to ensure everything was alright. Her service went above and beyond, and I can't recommend her enough!

I received very friendly and professional care from Claire at the Worle branch. I am plagued with earwax and Claire was incredibly good and persevered with me over two consultations. After the second visit all the wax was gone! I’d highly recommend Meadows & Wood.

I popped in on the off chance someone would look in my ear to tell me if I had an infection (previously done this several times at specsavers) she looked, which took a few minutes and I was amazed to be charged £40, never been charged at specsavers and wasn’t told I there would be any charge.

I have been here several times for routine micro suction as I am a hearing aid user and need to have the wax removed every few months. I have always been given excellent treatment from arranging an appointment at short notice, extremely thorough and pain free treatment to the offer of a follow-up if necessary.

I had excellent service from Meadows and Wood. We were on holiday and they went the extra mile to ensure my mother was well cared for. I honestly cannot thank them enough.

Excellent experience, as I was able to get personal service at extremely short notice, and Claire was very careful in the micro suction my right ear in a way that I did not experience any pain, despite hardened wax needing to be removed. The difference in my hearing was amazing, and well worth the cost.

Quick painless process, having
added olive oil to ears for 5 days overnight as requested by Meadows & Wood. Appears that all ear wax has been removed and hearing improved.
