Works great, stumbled into an issue which was created by myself, got excellent support from Dmytro who solved my issue and restored everything as it was.

QR Me is a cash grab and steals your audience.

I used QR me many times for projects and I have recommended it to many classmates and colleagues but now must rescind this. I was extremely disappointed to find out the QR code used in a university campaign was misdirecting students with the confusing ad pop up.

I respect the use of ads done ethically, but in this situation it led to students accidentally spending money without their consent and many not reaching the intended link due to confusion.

Customer service made no effort to understand my concerns, and only directly me towards the paid subscription despite my request to issue a free trial like offered by many competitors or to change the link to transfer the code to a different service. No compassion nor understanding was shown.

This is a scam. You create a code that seems to work. Later they add advertisements before it sends users to website, unless you pay. Extortion.

This is a cunning extortion organization. When you test your “free QR” YOU WILL NOT SEE SCAM ADVERTISING. YOU WON'T HAVE ANY AT ALL.
But when you give your users this code, they will.

The ads are scammy. A few people even had to pay for the “QR login”.

Do you realize how awful that is?
I hope that every older relative of every employee of this scam will suffer the same fate.

I was having an issue with adding a custom domain for my QRs, eventually turned out the issue was occuring on my side, but regardless, Dmytro from their customer service took time to help me throughout the process and resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is apparently a great priority for them!

I have been using their services with a premium subscription for over a year now, and this was the only issue I have had, which was promptly resolved.

The ads that pop are fraudulent ads, and people have missed skipping the advertisement and became a victim. I ended up having to make a payment to purchase my QR code as the code had already been sent out to users. The support for the site was very helpful with figuring everything out, but not impressed with fraudulent ads that come up, and the issues it caused my customers, making me look VERY bad.

Me-QR display advertisements, including fraud and phishing ads to your users. Customers should use QR code generators which embed their URLs directly instead of bouncing users through a URL shortener; or if additional analytics are required, use a reputable URL shortener service instead.

I initially used QR-ME to generate free QR codes for my business documents. At first, everything seemed fine, and the QR codes worked as expected without any issues. However, after some time, I started receiving complaints from my clients that when they scanned the QR codes, they were redirected to ads before being taken to my actual site.

This was extremely frustrating and felt like a scam since I had already printed thousands of documents with these QR codes. I had no choice but to pay for the ad-free version to ensure my printed materials remained usable. While the issue was resolved after paying, the unexpected cost and inconvenience left me deeply disappointed.

If you're considering using QR-ME, be cautious. What seems free at first may cost you later, especially if you're relying on these codes for professional purposes.
