I can’t recommend Matt highly enough. His design incorporated everything I needed and was within my budget. He was a joy to work with and took all the stress out of the planning and building regs process, with clear and quick responses to my enquiries.

We were very pleased with Matt after our initial meeting. He is full of good design ideas and creative vision, confidently backed with in-depth knowledge of building regulations. He is approachable and has a positive, can do attitude. Very pleased to say our plan was approved on first submission.

Have used MDT twice and on both occasions, have found Matt to be professional, polite, experienced and a good communicator. Nothing is too much trouble and has always worked to the brief offering alternatives based in his experience to make plans work.

Matt has been incredibly helpful during the design process for our proposed extension. He has guided us through the process and explained all the necessary steps. Matt was able to come out quickly to see us and was very responsive to emails etc. We would definitely recommend him!

I have never come across such a genuine person. Matt was so helpful and friendly and he listened to what you wanted. His drawings came back very quick and he came round again and went through it all.
