I have seen some improvement in my 3rd month. Some new hair growth..yay! The products are working well. The shampoo is gentle, and the supplements are easy to take. I love the hair serum. I would recommend this product. Also the support/communication is awesome!

I ordered a refill for my shower head. I ordered the 6 package, I really like the feel of the water is better and softer. The installation was rather easy with easy instructions.

After 3 months of use, my hair has not stopped shedding. The serum burns after applied and then dries and flakes my scalp.

I love the way the shampoo and condition make my hair feel. it’s not heavy at all and i am excited to see when it starts working on lessening the shedding and reactivating the hair follicles regrowing the lost hair.

I do think it’s working but prefer the foam
I do think the system is working. I just wish the delivery system of the topical serum is in a different form. I prefer the foam delivery system as it adds volume and it doesn’t make my hair have a wet look. And the Minoxidil foam easily absorbs, so it’s not a problem when I apply it before I go anywhere. With the MDHair serum, I have to dry my hair after applying it if I have to go somewhere.

MD hair has delivered what it promised. I lost a lot of weight and I was so self conscious as a result when I started loosing my hair. I didn’t know what to do! I tried this product and 4 months in- I have restored my confidence and my hair! It’s not cheep to subscribe but it’s well worth it!!!

The products seem to be working. My hair is looking thicker and more full. I haven't noticed new growth but things are definitely improving. If I had one complaint it would be shipping. The shipping is very slow.

Excited to try
Prices were good. If shipping to Canada, be aware of customs fees as it will delay your expected shipping dates. I am very excited to start using my items but upon receiving my items, my hair oil came damaged and had leaked out. There’s a bit left in it to use but there was about half a bottle of loss and the bottle was covered in oil making it quite messy. Otherwise still very excited to try all of my items

Customer service is great. I haven’t been using the products for very long so don’t know what term outcome will be but I can say that I love the shampoo. My hair just feels healthier and looks better.

Took a bit to get here, but when I got it the shampoo was damaged. I took a picture and emailed with the picture to Taylor from MDHair explained what happened. Immediate response and a replacement was on its way less than 24 hours.
Shampoo is amazing feels light, lathers great with a little amount and smells amazing.
The pills smells funky
The hair serum for the sample is small for the amount they recommend you to use.

I found it impossible to reach you to ask questions. I bought Peptide Bond Repair Oil along with other things and the oil was all over the bottle making the bottle tacky. I wanted to Tell you about it and found it very hard to figure out how to get someone to work with me. I just turned 80. I go to the gym three times a week and do my best to stay as healthy as possible. I just made a move back to Texas from Washington which I really didn't want to do, but did it. I drove myself and my belongings by myself. I am technologically not very good. But I gave up on even trying to get to someone. After my move back to Texas, along with the big changes that has slowed down my health routine, and the stress of it all, I found myself loosing a great deal of hair and found it alarming! I also looked into Moerie products. I would love to use your products more, but being a senior on social security makes it hard for me to continue. I am still having the problem. But I am trying to make things better from the inside out. If I have inadvertently gotten on a subscription service by trying your products, please discontinue. I will try again later after I pay for my move. I can't tell you the exact date. All this happened when I got the products..

The regime is easy to follow
The regime is easy to follow. After using the shampoo in the shower (really rich lather) I towel-dry my hair and apply the peptide bond oil. At night, I apply the Customized Serum. The shedding has stopped, and I'm beginning to see baby hairs growing in.

Good customer service
I was very happy with the customer service. My first trial order arrived with the shampoo leaking inside the box during delivery. I received an immediate response from the customer service team, and they quickly promised to put things right. Their prompt and helpful service gave me confidence in the company, and I really appreciated how they handled the issue.
