Hair regrowth products
I have been using the collagen, supplement, shampoo and serum for just over 2 months. I am surprised at how quickly I noticed positive changes in my hair. I am shedding significantly less and regrowing hair around the temples where most most of my hair loss was occurring. Additionally, my hair is softer and more manageable. I recently added the conditioner into my routine and I love the quality of that as well. My skin and nails also appear healthier since I began taking the products. My hair dresser noticed the positive changes in my hair and asked what I was using. I will definitely continue to use all of these products.

The shampoo was extremely drying for my scalp and caused scabs and intend flaking and itching. The serum was fine, I tried it but I didn't see any difference in my hair growth. The oil drops were nice and made for a nice tame of the frizz on my straight hair.
The caveat is that they auto sign you up for a subscription and then automatically send you another 2 month supply (twice as much product) a month later. The subscription cancellation is extremely buried in their website. I had not even created an account prior to spending 15 minutes trying to cancel the unwanted subscription. Of course, now I have double the amount of unwanted products. Note that I am in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
I contact the company about 4 hours after the email is sent to say my new package has been sent. What? I get an AI bot that takes longer to contact a person. Several hours later I get a real person and they say it can't be undone. They don't normally make returns but they're making an exception for me for an unopened box. Keep in mind the last box took 3 weeks to leave the US and get through customs and border control in Australia and arrive at my house. Completely mangled but the product was mostly intact so I didn't complain. I didn't try to get my money back for the first bottles that I did not finish. The icing on the cake is that they sent me another unwanted package and won't return it with less than a few hours after notification and I have to wait another month to send the unwanted package back and pay the return fee to the US to get a partial refund for a whole lot of product that has destroyed my scalp. This company is corrupt, sneaky and this product is terrible. Don't waste your money or time.

This filtered shower head is the worst product I have ever purchased. It doesn’t work. I have fine thin hair & I see no difference. It actually makes my hair super flat with no volume. In the trash this product goes! Would not recommend. Waste of money.

It's still early so it's hard to tell if this is really going to work—I've been told it will take 2-3 months to really see a difference. But a nurse practitioner friend researched it and thought this seemed like the best option for me, so I'm trying. My main issue is the capsules are a little too large for me to easily swallow (they're not huge, but I struggle with medium-large pills).

Deceptive to entrap clients into subscriptions, no reply to emails
I initially ordered a single product as a one-off purchase, and at no point was I informed that I would be automatically subscribed to their ongoing product. However, upon receiving my order confirmation, I was surprised to find an email thanking me for my subscription and inviting me to reply if I had any questions. I immediately contacted them to cancel this unauthorized subscription, but received no response. Despite sending three additional follow-up emails requesting confirmation of the cancellation, my messages were ignored, as were many others' reports on this page. The company provides no alternative contact methods or straightforward process guide to cancel subscriptions.
Suddenly, I received an email notifying me that two months’ worth of their product had been shipped and charged to my bank card, all without my consent. I reported this unauthorized payment to my bank, which is currently investigating, but they advised me to contact the vendor directly too. When I searched for the company online, I discovered that many others have experienced similar scams. After several failed attempts, I finally managed to register on their website and locate the cancellation option. Then emailed them again I requested a refund for the two unauthorized months, but have not received any response.
Adding insult to injury, after just five days of using their product, I experienced a significant loss of about 80% of my healthy, thick hair. I immediately stopped using the product and reported this adverse effect to the company, requesting assistance. However, I have received no reply so far via their email and via their chat who said that "I’ll forward your message to our Medical Team for expert advice." but the chat simply stopped from that point onwards.
I am now considering legal action if I do not hear back and resolve this complaint. I also plan to share my experience publicly to warn others about this deceptive company, which seems intentionally designed to trap customers and make communication difficult.
I am deeply disappointed by the deceptive practices used to entrap their clients into subscriptions, which are difficult to cancel and lack accessible customer support. More importantly, there are significant health risks associated with this company's products. Such behavior should be considered illegal and subject to regulatory action, at least here in Europe.

As per our terms and conditions, cancellations must be requested before the renewal date. In your case, the second kit was shipped on July 29, 2026, and we did not receive your cancellation request until August 7, after the renewal had already processed.
Our Medical Team responded promptly to your report and provided guidance, while our Customer Service team successfully canceled your subscription and sent return instructions. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you after those instructions were shared. The product was delivered on August 10, and you can still process the return by providing us with the return receipt within 10 days.
As much as we would love to help, resolution requires your response. Leaving a review alone will not allow us to resolve the issue. Please contact our support team at support@mdhair.co so we can assist you further.

Bought a further 3 months supply
Because I am in the UK, delivery is a little longer as it's from the USA. However it's pretty quick considering that.
The product goes well in my coffee. I am on my second month, but I haven't really seen any change in my hair yet. I have been using the collagen with other MD products, so I'm still hoping it will improve the thickness of my hair.
My main set back is that it is rather expensive. I can buy cheaper products here in the UK and may well consider that next time? Unless of course MD collagen really shows some results.

Got tricked into a membership I didn't want
Wanted to try it out but then got charged almost $200 Australian for a 'membership' I didn't want and two months of product was sent without notifying me prior and couldn't be cancelled.. Customer service is copy and paste or a bot. Do not use this company.
