Amazing company. I needed a extra strap. My dog chewed his strap as dogs do. Customer care was above and beyond. Sent me a new strap completely free. All companies nowadays will not do anything for free. Their goods are of great quality and customer care is even better. Loved my experience with them.

I ordered a harness to try for my dog who pulls and it’s made such a difference to our walks! Pulling in now at a minimum so I’ve ordered another 2 for my other dogs so they all match. Good quality and quick delivery

We received what we ordered & it was stunning. It ended up being the wrong size for our dog (absolutely way too big) which was our fault when measuring. I contacted MD Gear & included a picture of our dogs existing collar & how we measured it. Was advised we need the small not large. So we sent the large back & the small arrived today (29/01/24) & it’s perfect. Very pleased with both the product & customer service. Can definitely recommend.

good quality collars might be a bit on the large side but that could also be my measuring
