Don't trust the hosting, they stole more than 200 dollars from my card.

I got charged 167$ for nothing, i cant log in to my account...

complete garbage. Didn't provide the service, ignores all attempts at contacting their support meaning I now have to go through the bank to get my money back from them

It's just a scam.don't be fooled and call the police.I bought a service and found it didn't work at all, so I contacted their email and no one responded. I was still hopeful about this, but the next day I got a text and my credit card was charged $169! This is fraud!

My son was charge £119 in error for a server upgrade and now the company are uncontactable. They haven't refunded the money despite emails and support calls. Terrible support. Avoid this company.

I tried logging into my account to attempt to cancel the orders however the method to login is completely faulty as you need to get a email code which doesn't get sent to you 90% of the time.

Overall a borderline scam.
Pay more elsewhere for an actually decent service.

So i have a server there that runs pretty good actually, That part is all good and fine, the support is not, They do no longer respond to the tickets, i went to the discord server and sent a email to the support email, No answer there either.
I have made 2 tickets regarding cancelling my plan, One of which only sent a link to the panel where you only can manage your server(console, files and stuff) and the other ticket has no response, i tried the email again and no response.

Also, something funny, Their website has not been updated since october 2021, The "limited time" code is still displayed

EDIT: Once i hit around 700MB, my console got spammed with "No Space left on Device

EDIT Once again: There has been an unauthorized purchase of 138 Euros without my permission, Support does not respond

Good hosting, but terrible support. Accidently pressed Updgrade button in panel got an error but then It charged 24 gpb from my card. I wanted a refund but support not answering and owner in discord ignores me. I thought "ok, i can do with that" and forgot about it, but today i accidently pressed dedicated ip button. Same happened. But now i didn't even recived dedicated ip. No response from support and owner too.

UPDATE: Wrote an email to their support. I think it's only way to communicate with them, because they didn't answered to my tickets on their site. After this, I got a refund for 2 month of dedicated IP that I didn't even received.

Admin eventually refunded month of subscription.

Server continually fails, discord is full of users complaints about lack of communication and support.

Update - I thought I got scammed but the owner quickly refunded the failing subscription services on their website. Good support.

I needed a server to host a modded SMP with the boys, and this did the job very well with minimal downtime and good server performance.

MCSHosting is such a great server hosting! Then only prob is when you are from South East Asia, and you choose eu1 node, you will got some connection problems, but still fuctional, Great Server Hosting for a cheap price (i got mine from promo discount) i would recommend this hosting along with FreeMC!

Great hosting, cheapest prices i know of and the host is a great person! 10/10 recommend to everyone!

Unlike a LOT of other cheap hosts, MCSHosting is genuinely the best I've had. I've gone through tens of hosts and was still sceptical of the prices, however, after purchasing a "Large Minecraft Server" I was surprised with the performance.

Additionally, a key factor to having less laggy servers by default is how other customers are treating the nodes. However, even if you optimise your server to the point a single tick takes less than a millisecond to complete then you'll hardy ever see downtime, lag or complaints from your players.

At least give the "Medium Minecraft Server" a try for a week - spend TIME in optimising your server (you won't regret it)!, and the price you pay for what you get is an insane deal - 110% worth it. Much thanks to NickE as well for providing excellent support and a great service!

Great Host!

Excellent hosting, cheap but good. Support can be faster. And, I think customers will be happy if you add move server option. I know its possible via email or discord, but I think better is when customers can do it themselves(I wanted to move my server to US node, and when they moved it, EU1 start working :D).

Amazing high quality servers in many locations. The owner NickE is amazing at customer support allways happy to help. The servers i have are amazing for such a low price. I would reccomend this to anyone wanting to host a high quality 24/7* minecraft server.
