Too pricey for the quality sold

I bought a bag from above said company, i was offered free printing service of having any name as a label printed on one of the pocket flap.
Just before Christmas i received the bag, quality of the bag was not worth £31, so straight away i contacted the company and they were shut for Christmas. I sent an email stating that the price does not reflect on the quality. It's very cheap quality.

Today I received an email that they will not give me a refund because I had the bag customised by excepting their free service of printing the lable.
Now I am stuck with poor quality bag with £31 loss.
