Brilliant driver

Wasn't sure what to expect but driver dropped two builders bags of stone exactly where I needed them. This saved me an awful lot of heavy work.

Restocking fee charged on returns

I bought a bottle of white spirit at £14.89 as I was painting and thought I might run out of my current bottle before I finished. I didn't need it so I returned it the next day for a refund. I was told at this time I would not have my full refund as I would be charged a 15% restocking fee so instead of £14.89, I was given £12.66. When I returned home and checked their website, it stated that you should receive a full refund on items like this within 14 days. If I had known this prior to my purchase, I would have driven 10 minutes further to B&Q, who have no issues returning items for a full refund. I will definitely not be shopping at McNairs in the future, so please be aware of this before you make a purchase.

Good communication from McNairs.
Good communication from delivery driver.
Driver assisted in off loading merchandise and transporting it all to a safe place.
Very mannerly guy and willing to help.
I apologise for not remembering his name.

Delivery as predicted and the goods as described. The delivery driver was extremely helpful in off loading to a suitable location, he was very courteous and friendly- thank you.
