Total scam
Total scam. I unknowingly created a second account after not using their app for several months. After they allowed me spend a lot of money, they blocked my account when I tried to redeem winnings claiming my duplicate account was fraud. Well, I claim it's fraud on their part that they accepted money from this fraudulent account. I want my money back. If you are going to play on their site, make sure you don't make any human mistakes of any kind. They will steal your money any way they can through some lame attempt at a legal loophole.
Update: the reply from McLuck is completely unacceptable. If you do a simple search on McLuck fraud, you will find plenty of other people who have this experience or worse. They will do whatever they can to keep from paying what they owe. They accept money from “fraudsters” like me, but they lock us out when we try to claim. If I was such a fraudster, why would I use the same name and ID? They need to use some common sense.

If you win something this huge I assume it must be impossible to win that much again. Love the games and the jackpot drop though. Their packs get higher and higher once you keep playing and adding money. If I get another jackpot or win playing feature I will be sure to update to 5 stars. I really like the feature because you get right down to if you win or not. Love support. They did not take long with my issues at all. Overall I would likely recommend this game to others. If you try and do more than 2500-3000 you will have to wait longer to receive funds but they will come.

Simultaneous bans immediately after verification and purchases—zero transparency
I have had an active account with McLuck for over two years with zero issues. Recently, I created accounts on their three sister platforms, used them for months with no problems, and eventually purchased coin packages across all of them.
The moment I fully verified my identity and payment details on these platforms, everything changed. Within 48 hours of verification and financial transactions, I was hit with simultaneous, sweeping bans across all four accounts at the exact same time.
When I reached out to customer support to find out why or clear up any potential automated flag or misunderstanding, they completely stonewalled me. They refuse to provide a single piece of information or context regarding the bans. It is completely shady to accept a customer's money, demand their personal verification data, and then lock them out of all sister platforms simultaneously with zero explanation or right to appeal. Absolute lack of transparency and completely untrustworthy behavior from this network.
