Very useful information.
The courses I took were easy to understand and complete the tests as you go. Chapters at times a little longer than expected and it’s a bit hard to remember a lot of information in a couple of hours, maybe shorter chapters and more quizzes in between could make it easier to understand. Overall I liked it very much and will continue to use these courses in the near future.

Clear but not Concise
When I initially called to inquire about the Home Inspection courses required for Arkansas the rep gave me how many hours ia required for Arkansas (14) but what they failed to do was inform me those classes are for Continuing Education, not the initial training everyone needs to be a licensed Home Inspector. So I won't say it was a waste of money but definitely a waste of my time. The person whom I spoke with was not clear and concise with information.
Also, McKissock does not offer speak-to-talk in the course software. That is a feature I wish they had for people like me who learn by listening and taking notes.

Well worth consideration
The courses are well written and provide a valuable means to refresh your knowledge base. I did think that the course being narrated as the student read the material might be an excellent way to keep the student mentally engaged for longer study session though. But over all, I believe it to be a valuable tool to have in my "toolbox" and I am thankful to have it available as I pursue my State requirement for license renewal.
