McGrocer is easy to work with and they find and stock hard to find items. I am so happy I found them and use them anytime I need a specialty food item.

Placed an order, emailed to confirm. My order was cancelled and I received an email to assure me the products were in stock and to place my order again. 2nd order cancelled as well and no communication from the company. AVOID!!!

I was nervous about placing an order because of some bad reviews. So glad I decided to ignore the bad reviews. I ordered some Fray Bentos products for delivery to Florida because they are not sold here and they are one of the things I miss most from back home. They arrived perfectly packed only 9 days after placing my order. I received numerous email updates during the 9 days advising of the current status and am completely thrilled with the service that was provided. I am now about to tuck in to one of my delicious pies!!!

My order was accepted and paid for then after 2 days they cancelled due to "insufficient stock" yet their website still shows "in stock".
One third of my £41.42 outlay was attributable to delivery charge. I am being refunded.

I read all the negative reviews and was scared to place an order, however I decided to give it a chance because they also shop at Costco. I received my purchase after 5 days with UPS, well packaged with care and my products arrived flawlessly! (it was peanut butter pretzels which I thought will arrive in shattered Pisces but there wasn't even one).

I would give negative stars if I could. I was told there was a mistake in the price that was on the site and needed to pay more money. When I told them I didn't want to proceed and i wanted a refund, they still pulled the money from my account...waiting to see if they will actually issue a refund

Shocking service, over £60 paid and no product. Emailed after 5 days as no shipping details, no response so emailed to say cancel order, responded immediately with apology and email saying order now been shipped. Email from Evri saying order on way to them, then another from Evri saying order returned - over £60 paid and no product delivered - avoid like the plague

Very poor customer service.5 emails no replies. £11 for delivery and it said next day but its been ages and haven't received it.
There's no phone number to call. Very let down.

Took an order, with an extortionate delivery charge, though decided to pay for convenience, then cancelled a day later due to insufficient stock. Read some reviews and wish I’d paid more attention. Absolute rubbish. Don’t waste your time and effort.

My experience at McGrocer was absolutely amazing. I would defo recommend!

They were very responsive when I had questions and saved me a lot of time. I finally got the exact mashed potato i needed from their store.
