Absolutely brilliant team. This is the second time we have used McDougall McQueen Bruntsfield and once again the service has been exemplary. We were kept fully informed of all developments by Andrea, either with a call or email. As the sale progressed Susan from the legal team continued the excellent service. Both of whom went above and beyond our expectations during a difficult sale.
We can not emphasis, the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of everyone in the McDougall McQueen office.

We had a smooth sale of our flat. All the people we met from McDougall McQueen were friendly, communicative, responsive, helpful and efficient. Everything was explained to us. We are very pleased we used McDougall McQueen and would certainly use them again.

I've been trying to arrange a house viewing with epoint for two weeks and nothing is happening, I have no response today. I tried to call to make a pointment for 5:00 p.m. today and, no one came, no one answered.This company is a terrible joke, stay away from it.

We used this firm for the purchase of our STL property in Edinburgh.
Mary and her team were great throughout the whole process and Mary went above and beyond to get the completion settled before the LBTT increased.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and indeed will be in the future.

Have recently used this company for a minute agreement to be written up which I paid for £500 and then didn’t require anymore services but have further been charged £830 for which it didn’t ask for a separate minute agreement to re sent as there was one already sent to registers of Scotland for sell of house , to which ended up with rude staff members on the telephone and not very nice manners and definitely won’t be recommending this company again or using this company in future again .

Not having moved house for 40 years and looking to make the move from house to flat, this very big deal for me was made much more comfortable for me from start to finish by the McDougalMcqueen team. I was kept up to date with progress at all times and my anxious phonecalls and emails dealt with promptly, calmly and followed up as promised. I couldn't have felt more supported during this (for me) very stressful process. Thank you the McDougalMcQueen team - simply the best.
