Incomplete order and zero customer service from Mccover
Ordered polycarbonate sheets, fixings and profiles to cover a pagoda. Delivery took an unreasonably long time with no way of checking for updates.
Order arrived with a profile missing. This company has no interest in rectifying missing items and simply but the blame on us for not opening the order at time of delivery and checking everything. Not possible when the delivery driver drops and runs...
This has be, without doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced with on line purchase. Avoid Mccover at all costs. Save your time and wasted money and go elsewhere.
Note for Mccover - Customer experience is crucial for online purchase. The review score for your company does not surprise me. I wish I had looked at these reviews before using your service. We won't be returning.
