Purchased a salins plus on line €117.50 went through the motions paid through PayPal . Two minutes later email saying this product is no longer available. Seems like sharp practice to me take your money even though they can’t supply the product. I got an email saying they were working on a refund ? What does that mean ? I’m very disappointed this company are just greed based money grabbing charlatans

I called to McCauleys Enniscorthy today to buy perfume for a friends mother who is 90 today. I went to look at the perfumes, I had to go behind the counter to do so - the assistant came over and said "can I help" and then asked me to go outside the counter. I asked if she had Estee Lauder perfume as this is what my friend mam uses and at 90 years of age I thought it best to stick with it -the assistant said NO - one word - I then asked about the Chanel perfume - to say a robot would have been better and more welcoming is an understatement - absolutely no customer interaction whatsoever - I did purchase a Chanel No. 5 (€85) - put it in the chanel bag and took the money.
I had been in Easons across the road just before I went to McCauleys and maybe a lesson in customer service from them would help.
The assistants name on her badge was Fiona.
Very disappointed customer - if the birthday was not tomorrow I would have in fact walked out without making a purchase.

Showed sales assistant photo of prescriptions I required. She wrote down details, as usual. When I got home I found extra item in bag that I had not ordered. Returned to shop, but would not accept item and said I should have checked bag before I left shop.

I placed an order for next day in store collection last Monday and went in the next day to collect only to be told that their ‘next day’ service isn’t actually next day and I had to wait for an email confirming it was ready to collect. I needed the item then so I bought it in store and was advised to contact customer service about cancelling my online order for a refund which I did while I was there. It’s been a week since I sent that email and I haven’t heard anything back. I’ve since sent another on Sunday and that’s been ignored too. Also never received the email that my order was ready to collect so they’ve just stolen my money with nothing in return and no other way of contacting them other than an email address that goes unanswered. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I bought an electric hot water bottle. In February 2024. It stopped working December 2024. It had a year guarantee. I emailed them twice in January 2025 and got an auto reply saying someone would be in contact soon and no one ever responded to me. Very poor follow up customer service.

Was ordering a Salin salt Therapy Respirator online and for some reason the click and collect part would not work correctly. Went in to the Douglas store and the product was advertised as €117.50 online but had to pay full price of €164.95. Same company, same product, was a bit disappointing. Have been a very loyal customer for over 20 years. Time to shop around.

McCauleys Northgate pharmacy has lovely staff and a great atmosphere. I did my two week work experience here for college and absolutely loved being there. Very quick and friendly and do their absolute best. Even treated me with gifts when I reached the end of my work experience. 5/5

If zero stars was an option I would choose that. Absolute horrendous customer service I received the wrong order cannot get in contact no one manning the phoneline or the emails been trying for 6 days now. Extremely frustrating. I would never recommend.

The wrong product came. Not the product that was in the picture or description. I ordered a Vichy suncream with vitamin C. A vichy suncream came but the wrong type.
