My first ever negative review in my life!

I am a regular auction bidder across the UK and frequently use Mail Boxes Etc. services. It took an unbelievable 22 days and cost me a ridiculous £62 in total to have one tiny piece of brooch collected and delivered.

Below is the chronological timeline of how your team repeatedly misled me, ignored my parcel, and failed to deliver basic customer service:

Wednesday, 10th June: I paid the auction house and called your branch. A polite gentleman assured me the item would be collected the next day (Thursday, 11th). I forwarded the lot details immediately.
Thursday, 11th June: I received a price estimate email, but the collection window for that week had already passed. Although disappointed, I accepted this and waited for the following week.
Thursday, 18th June: After hearing nothing for a week, I called again. A female staff member rushed me off the phone, claiming collection would happen the "next working day" and it would be processed by Monday, 22nd June.
Monday, 22nd June: No updates, no response. Your team completely ignored the deadline they had given me.
Tuesday, 23rd June: I called again. The same woman answered and put me into another loop, stating the item would now be collected on Thursday, 25th June. She didn't even bother to check my item number or information during the call.
Thursday, 25th June: Predictably, nothing happened. I called again and spoke to the gentleman. Initially, he thought it was being collected that day, but when I told him I had been told the item was collected last Thursday, he finally checked the system and claimed the parcel was already packed and ready to ship. He assumed I had already paid, but I hadn't even been sent an invoice.
Friday, 26th June: I finally received the payment link by emailing them asking them again, and paid immediately. However, the paying link displayed an incorrect/different item value, forcing me to call yet again to confirm it was correct. I was assured the item would be dispatched on Monday, 29th June.
Monday, 29th June: Another promised date passed with zero updates. Frustrated and angry at being repeatedly ignored, I sent an email in the late night demanding to know when my item would actually be dispatched.
Tuesday, 30th June: I finally received a notification from the courier. Your branch arranged the shipment but did not bother to reply to my email, let alone offer an apology for the endless delays.
Wednesday, 1st July: I finally received the item—22 days after my initial request.

Throughout this entire ordeal, not a single member of your staff apologised for the constant delays, misinformation, or administrative confusion regarding my invoice.

I was charged a ridiculous £50 for a tiny, lightweight brooch. On top of that, I had to pay an extra £12 fully insurance coverage. It's exorbitant fees for poor service and terrible value compared to other branches. Other Mail Boxes Etc. branches consistently charge me between £35–£40 for similar, and even more volume auction items, with fast handling and next-day delivery. The Mail Boxes Etc. Reading branch charged me significantly more for a service that took over three weeks.

As a business owner myself, I know how much a negative review can damage a business, so I usually just leave positive feedback and let things go even if I'm not 100% satisfied. I have honestly never left a negative review in my entire life. As a regular Mailbox customer, the service I received from your Reading branch was just unacceptable. You have completely earned my first-ever serious complaint, not because I want to be difficult, but because of the terrible service I got from you.

Best Moving Conpany

They were extremely helpful and made any adjustments I needed. Responded quickly, had boxes I could use, pick up and drop off. Literally everything I was looking for

Thank you for printing my brochures and…

Thank you for printing my brochures and compliments slip.

It was really important for me to get a sample of the brochure before going ahead and you sent me this no problem. You guided me on the formatting and folding and gave me full confidence that the job would turn out as expected and at a good price.

I could never have got such a high level of service from an internet printing provider and I will use you services again and again.

Very Professional

I asked Mail Box to print orders of service for a funeral and they were very happy to do so. The quality of the card and paper was great. They gave me two options and all was emailed for me to check before placing the order. The orders of service were produced in time for me to be able to send them to family members who were unable to attend the service.
I highly recommend Mail Box for printing services.
Thank you
