I’m writing this out of frustration after losing access to over USD 80,000 through what I now believe was a very deceptive setup. It started off like a normal investment, everything looked professional, the platform worked smoothly, and communication was consistent, so I had no reason to doubt it at the beginning. But the moment I tried to withdraw my money, things changed completely. For weeks, I kept getting delays, excuses, or no response at all. The platform still showed my balance and activity like everything was fine, but in reality, I couldn’t access a single dollar. It felt like I was being strung along while they kept my funds locked in place. I followed every step they asked for, verification, confirmations, all of it, but nothing ever moved forward. At that point, it became clear this wasn’t just poor service, it was intentional. Seeing that others had already raised concerns about this company only made it worse, and it’s obvious this is not an isolated situation but part of a larger pattern where people are misled and then blocked from their own money. I reached a point where the stress was overwhelming and I honestly didn’t know what to do next until I came across ~~Poma Advisory Ltd~~. They gave me clear guidance and helped me understand the right steps to take, and their support made a real difference when I felt completely stuck and out of options. This whole experience has changed how I see online investments, and I don’t trust anything that promises easy or guaranteed results anymore. If you’re going through something similar, don’t rely on the platform’s support because they will keep giving you excuses. Act quickly and get help from people who actually know what they’re doing before it’s too late.

1. I went to Germany and I was trying to pay for a ticket at a train station. For 50€. mBank blocked my card because of SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. I'm a frequent traveler - years before, when withdrawing money in Bangkok, they called me to ask if all was ok. This time - buying an inexpensive ticket - it was suspicious and I couldn't access my funds. First day in Germany. GERMANY.
2. What is exactly the monthly fee for? If I did nothing, I was charged money. For what, exactly? Maintenance?! What maintenance? I did nothing! Not to mention, it used to be use card once a month, you don't pay. That changed to some absurd amount. WHAT FOR? For me it was a secondary card, but seems like punishing poor people.
3. I tried to close my account, but I lost the id used to open it. I contacted support, they said I couldn't do it online, but if I sent them a letter requesting the change, they would. Online bank my a... But fine. I sent that letter. Two weeks later I received an answer that it was not possible to do. THEN WHY DID CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUGGEST IT? Because they do not know anything.
I lost so much money on those hidden unfair fees, and so much time and energy to fight them to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. Worst experience with a bank ever.

He was rude and unprofessional, so I left a complaint with their hotline, and the answer was: “Sorry if our service was not what you expected.”

I got blocked from access to my account. Lost my id so could not unblock my account online as the details didn't match. I moved away from Poland for 10 years... They issued a card a year after and were charging me card fees for 4 years for in activities card with no activities for the whole time. Tried to cancel my account in 22 no luck as I had only my passport. What use to be a great value bank change in to thieves and scam artists... Good thing I had some money on my account as otherwise they would charge me interest for unpaid charges...

like i said on title, DO NOT go, they hide a lot of stuff, i used to live in slovakia, told me the account is free and everything, for 2 years it was, but i decided to move abroad, i needed the account open while i was moving, after i wanted to close it down, they kept telling me i should leave it open, which is best option for me, but i didnt want to, why would i if i dont live there? so they told me to write a paper, give a signature, then send it to them, it got declined... i never heard back after, so i just left it and would sort it later if i went there for a holiday, few months later i get a email saying theyre going to charge me everyday because i have minus on my account? i was pretty sure i left it in zero, just active, so i contacted them and they told me they charge accounts that do not give at least 70 EUR income monthly onto the account, 1.50 EUR each month,i never saw this and started getting charged frequently, that is so dodgey its actually unbelievable, i told them how can i close it since it got declined, and they told me i need to get it signatured by A LAWER OR GO TO AMBASSY!?!?!?!?! what kind of bank is this??

I’ve been banking with mBank for about 8 years, primarily to manage money for my trips to Poland, as I live permanently abroad. Until recently, everything worked fine. However, a few months ago, my online access via computer was inexplicably blocked. The mobile app still works, but it doesn’t allow me to perform all the necessary transactions.
I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including visiting the bank twice in person with my ID, computer, and phone. Despite these efforts, nothing has been resolved. I’ve received two activation letters, but neither allowed me to regain access. Just today, I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service. While the staff were polite, the experience was maddening.
The verification process involved being connected to an automated bot, which then redirected me to another agent. Each time I was transferred, I had to explain the entire issue from the beginning. This endless cycle of agent handoffs made it impossible to get consistent help or track progress.
It’s unacceptable that there isn’t a single point of contact who can oversee the resolution of an issue from start to finish. The constant agent switching leaves you feeling lost and frustrated. As a result of these failures, I’ve been unable to transfer money, pay for medical care, or handle anything beyond small transactions in shops or online.
mBank’s customer support system is a joke, and their inability to provide a solution for such a basic issue is deeply disappointing. I’ve lost confidence in their service and would not recommend them to anyone who relies on efficient and reliable online banking, especially for international use. I would give zero star if I could. I am have to plan how to take all my moneyfrom this joke of a bank!

Jesus, I just don't have enough words to describe how bad this bank is. I’ve used different banks in different countries, but the Polish mBank is the worst bank with the worst service ever! It all started with the opening of a bank account. I was told that my plastic card would arrive within 7 days. 7 days passed, then 10, then 14 days and the card still didn’t come. It is impossible to top up the card with cash without plastic, so I had to order the card for the second time. And guess what? The card did NOT come for the second time! Not only did I wait more than 10 days, but as a result, the card is still missing! And this is the SECOND TIME! I am shocked by the stupidity and irresponsibility of mBank employees. Why the hell can't I quickly get a plastic card in your branch? What year do you live in? But that is not all. After all the experience, I started communication with the employees of the mbank in the chat of the mobile application, and it was a nightmare. The first employee closed the card that did not come even WITHOUT my permission, then told me to order a new one myself and LEAVE the chat. I was outraged. Is it really a bank employee in a banking application or a cheap dating appt?! I started a second chat. In it, the employee told me that if I want I can order delivery by courier and pay additional fees and he LEAVE the chat again. They leave the chat when they want to because they don't care about problems. I'm shocked. By the way, the application does not even have the ability to order by courier, which only emphasizes the stupidity and incompetence of employees in knowing their own application where they work. In general, such a bank cannot exist in 2023 and offer financial services. I will never recommend mBank to anyone. The most terrible customer service. I'm sorry I wasted my time on you. Feeling like my brain was raped.

Every time my card gets blocked when I use it outside of Poland and unblocking takes hours on the phone. When I visit the office to unblock it they say it’s not possible.

I have a bank account there since I was 18 and I was very satisfied because they charged almost nothing compared to other banks. But I would not recommend if a person wants to take any mortgage or loan. In my experience it seems that even the bank does not want its clients to take loans or mortgages because they do everything in their power to discourage you. In my case, they took 2 moths to approve my request and when I agreed to the offer they recalculated it based on current market conditions (which took another month) which made the offer extremely unfavorable for me. They do not even provide the best interest rates on the market and still they treat a customer as a trash. In their communication they even worded: let me know if the client accepts this terms or wants to withdraw. So I think they did not want to approve in the first place, I just hate that I lost 3 months in the process...

Changing the rules they set up within a day (promise of 1 month at first, then changed the rules regarding morgage in 2 days after). I am now regretting ever recommending this bank to anyone and thinking of leaving because it is starting to not be worth it. It is upsetting seeing your preferred and trusted bank decide to go downhill rather than be innovatine and improve in such time

The contact form on the website is not user friendly. Waiting for a reply from the customer support took more than one week. The bank refused to open a business bank account for a EU company without even providing the requested information and giving a possibility to submit an application form and then did not explain the reason for it.
Such actions are not in accordance with the EU freedoms and violate the Payment accounts directive.

True somewhere, somehow there was an error. But I had enough to cover this payment on that Friday with a balance of $50. I contacted them and explained that the problem will be taken care of but my Social Security isn't deposited until the 3rd of the month. Over $200 in fees for an overdraft is getting really excessive, I've been told by other banks that they charge a one time $30 overdraft fee and that's it. They also told me they're willing to work to minimize the problem so it doesn't turn into a -$300 disaster. I'm taking my money somewhere else.
