Worst car manufacturer assistance
I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks that Mazda Motor contacts me regarding a major production problem encountered with my like-new vehicle.
The car has been accepted by a workshop for maintenance more than 1 month ago and no news have been shared since then with clear negative impacts.
I request also on this channel to be contacted via mail by Mazda Europe so as to find an acceptable solution to this inconvenience.
