I ordered from here and didn't receive my order. I sent several emails and 'contact us' from the website and received no response. Finally I received a response saying it's been held up at the Royal Mail depot for 3+ weeks due to the strike - there had not even been a strike! They claimed they would courier it to me the next day and 2 weeks later still nothing. I've requested a refund and haven't received that either.
This is a disgraceful company and they're just scammers!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 Bourjois mascara. Waited 2 weeks, nothing arrived. Emailed 3 times and some guy called Mohammed just kept saying he was looking into it. Still no delivery and still no refund. Shocking company....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Same as another person had stated. Order placed and email received. Not sure why they are charging £11.97 for Royal Mail delivery but wanted the item so accepted it.

Never received a dispatch email, called two weeks later nad wqas promised a call back. Nothing. Called again 4 days later and told someone would call me back. Nothing.

Randomly then recieved a refund on my card with no other communication.

Awful company - avoid.

Ordered my favourite lipstick that has been discontinued. Didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks and then suddenly was just refunded my money without any communication about it. So no lipstick and a waste of everyone’s time.

No point ordering from them as it seems like they just won’t send you your order - website seems more of a wish list but in reality don’t think they have what they say they have in stock.

Ordered makeup and paid for 48 hrs tracked delivery. Over 1 week later and still not arrived. I sent copious amounts of emails and was continually being told it was being investigated.
Now 2 weeks later after contacting my bank to do chargeback I have been emailed and told my order was lost in transit so I am now awaiting an email.
Very poor service. Use at your peril!!

Very nice makeup,I have skin problems very cheap or expensively makeup but this make has been so good on my face I get no dry skin or oily jst nice and soft ,

Amazing prices great service and fast delivery really can’t believe how cheap items are compared to normal prices will definitely recommend to family and friends and will definitely purchasing more items
