Worst buying experience ever.

I thought it was a French website, but it wasn't. It is a chinese website. The dresses are quite expensive considering their poor quality. There is no customer service, it is difficult to get answers to my questions, and there is no after-sales support, even though they made serious mistakes.

I ordered a dress with an extra urgent delivery that I paid (30€). The delivery should occur within 5 weeks maximum for me to attend a wedding. When I noticed that the status regarding the production timeframe was incorrect, I immediately contacted them repeatedly, until they finally confirmed that delivery would indeed take place on time, in accordance with the option I had paid for.
One week before the deadline, still no update. So I sent a request. They immediately changed the status to "out for delivery"... but FEDEX didn't received it. I had to tell them to refund me many times after that, every days, before they sent the now useless dress.
As a result, I attended a wedding without a proper dress and I paid a lot of money for a useless option and a dress that is not well designed. I received the dress one week after the deadline. Its quality is poor, the finishing is poor too and the stitching is sloppy.
I tried to contact the customer service for a return and a refund, the link is broken.

This website is a complete scam. I made the mistake of ordering three dresses for a wedding, and it took almost a month to receive them. When the dresses finally arrived, they were in pieces and torn apart. I tried to contact the company, but they blocked me on all their social media accounts and didn’t respond to any of my emails. Their phone number doesn’t work, and the address listed in France doesn’t exist. In summary, this store is impossible to reach. It’s a HUGE SCAM! 😡😡😡

I have ordered 4 weeks ago a dress and provided my body measure as they have asked for. they have sent the dress but it was considered without the shoes that will be worn with the dress. They asked for my height and I have also mentioned the shoe height as well. how come a tailor who is preparing a floor lenght evening dress not consider this? I am not even mentioning the color as an issue but there is a difference between navy blue and blue violet.

Thats the least of my problems as the dress is not wearable at the moment. I would like a refund. I would not recommend them if they wont put customer satisfaction as their priority. I will keep posted if there is return from them.
UPDATE: They keep sending the same refund clause in their conditions. One may understand custom made will not be returned if everything was made according to measurements. In my case the lenght of the skirt was 10 cm off. Imagine it.
Ordering from a distance is always risky and lucky us there are hundreds of options over internet. Just it is not Maysange.... A few lucky cases should not deceive you.

hello, i purchased a dress for a new years eve party and it was absolutely perfect! the shipping was fast. the customer service was superb. communication was clear about my expectations. i received several compliments at the party. the material is very durable and comfortable. it fit good all night and did not get loose. the sizing chart was spot on. i will be wearing this dress again one day and also ordering another for my next event! thank you

I needed a second dress for my wedding and this one is perfect. Very comfortable to wear and perfectly cut.
The size grid is reliable. It is a little elastic so no worries for wide hips! I can’t say a lot for the rest now, but all in all; everything is perfect. Thank you for this beautiful dress!

Please we ask for our money back for our order number : YJIBLHJDW. The dresses never arrived (more than 7 weeks) we never received any updates from your part. We do not need the dresses anymore. Really disappointed about your services. Will never recommend you.
