Good customer and delivery service

They are very prompt in updating me about my product’s ETA, very friendly and assuring while communicating and one of the staff surprised me with cupcake box which I thought was a very thoughtful gesture. Really great delivery and customer service. Also, very satisfied with the products.

As usual the best online shopping…

As usual the best online shopping experience for luxury products. Great and prompt customer service. Delivery service and arrangement are good as usual from DHL. The prompt updates given by the team is as though they care more about the delivery than the consumers.

Website is good not sure has the app improve already, it wasn't as good as the website the last time I tried.

Inventory is the only part they can really improve. Slight disadvantage here when comparing to for example Farfetch.

Took a leap of faith and made my first order. I was impressed that I placed a second order the next day! They partnered with HSBC and Standard Chartered so if you are hesitant because this is a relatively new platform and you’re uncertain about the authenticity of their products, you have the assurance. They also keep track of your order so I didn’t worry about lost parcels/delay during shipping.

Please see my original review. If I had bought the dress from Solace at £423 or Farfetch at £550, I would have tried it on and returned it and incurred no cost at all. This is a warning to people. In the UK distance selling rules apply and we are not used to be treated like this by retailers. If I had known this and it had been clearly spelt out at purchase, instead of hidden in the small print, I wouldn’t have bought it. The whole purpose of shopping online is to be able to try clothes and return them if not suitable.

Great end to end purchase experience

Their inventory are current with great price points. The team was quick to respond to my enquiries and had actuvely updated me throughout the shipping process. They also take their QC very seriously and ordered a new pc for me when the bag their team received had some pressure marks on the leather. Highly recommend!
