needed an old stopc ock moved.. Charlie arrived within the specified time fame and quickly completed the job. he moved some pipework and installed a new slim line valve . he cleaned the area before leaving. very happy!!!!

We booked Mayfair plumbers to repair our tap and to change our water filter. Would definitely book them again! Very transparent and reliable. Jude was very knowledgable and helpful.

Lovely person called to book the appointment, Ricky the engineer was here in under 3 hours. Respectful, clean and explained the process as he went along. Fixed the fault quickly and efficiently. Pleased with the overall experience.

We were visited by Wayne this morning, he was very helpful, kind and informative. His customer service is great and he took his time to explain issues in detail, he answered questions/concerns we had without hesitation.

My second time using the company. The plumber who came was knowldegable and courteous and appears to have done a good job. The watchout here is on cost creep and lack of transparency mentioned elsewhere in reviews. Who sets the pricing and how is it based is a game of dodgeball lead by customer service and accounts team. Hold on to your credit card and be VERY clear about costs .

The company were clear about their terms and prices from the outset and the level of communication from the engineer regarding arrival time, job specifics, cost of parts etc. was good. The engineer arrived when he said he would and carried out the work quickly and without leaving a mess.

Tony was polite, knowledgeable and professional, completed my new radiator install quickly, efficiently and tidy up after.

Excellent service from Mayfair plumbers. I needed a gas cooker installed after being hung out to dry from the company I bought it from. Not on was the lady in customer services (Susan) friendly and helpful but Tony - the gentleman who did the installation - was thorough, professional and just spot on. Nothing more to say except highly recommended - I’d definitely use Mayfair plumbers again.

Wayne did a great job of running an outdoor tap to a different location in the garden on a very hot day (32 ° c)! The company isn't the cheapest but he did a great job.

Call out was prompt but when we asked for more details about the costs of the materials they refused to disclose how much parts were. After finding them ourselves we discovered that the PCB board they had quoted £370 plus VAT for was actually refurbished for £60 or brand new OEM from the manufacturer for £99. Really poor transparency. Always ask for parts costs and simply google them to check what they should cost and avoid rip-off cowboys like this.

Excellent service. Had an issue with my washing machine plumbing. Called and received a courteous response. Andrew the engineer came within 24 hours of the call. He explained everything thoroughly before doing what he needed to do. Highly recommended without hesitation

James was prompt and gave a quick and honest diagnosis that my unvented cylinder needed replaced immediately. He was able to do this on the same day and explained exactly what he had done along with all the legal checks and after service that should take place. Highly recommended.

A little late. But the guys got here in the end. Did the test and now waiting on the gas safety certificate. Hopefully he will email these details soon.
