Absolutely no customer service

I am writing a negative review here because I have been unable to contact this shop since August 2025. I have tried to reach customer service via email, Instagram and Facebook messages, and by phone. All emails, messages, and calls are ignored—and I have written many polite messages over the months.
It was really just a simple question about whether shipping to the EU was possible for a shoe costing over €500. But it seems that the shop has no interest in actually selling its products. I don't even want to imagine what would happen if you had a problem with a product after purchasing and receiving it – you would be completely on your own.
