I bought a Skandika Lykke rowing machine a year ago.
The product is very well built and aesthetic.
I had an issue using it with a mobile app, but the support team has been amazing and always quick to help, and offer solutions...

We bought a rowing machine from this site. Delivery was very fast, but unfortunately, it was damaged. This problem was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied.

I received it very quickly (Germany - Portugal), the customer service was very responsive and quick in the answers.
The product itself (Skandika Office Bike) is very well constructed, I use it during online meetings, it is very silent.
The assembly was easy and quick, they provide all the necessary tools.

I bought a rower from Max Trader, and before that, I asked some questions about the product. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the staff responded, and because of that, I decided to buy from this company.
Regarding the rower Skandika Nordlys, I found it to be well-constructed, silent, and efficient. It has different programs, and the user can also choose manual resistance, adjust timing, etc.it can be folded for easy storage. I am really satisfied with the rower.

I ordered and paid for equipment on the 16/03/2025. I received no tracking information from the courier at all. I was given an estimated delivery date for 10 days later upon ordering. The equipment never arrived. Nor did it on the 27/03/2025 even though Max trader told me it was out for delivery. I cannot get a firm delivery date from Max Trader. Well someone must know! Then a link for tracking from Max Trader told me it was delivered to another village. I have not received it. If I cancel, bearing in mind they have had my money since the 16th March, I have to wait until it gets back to Max Trader. maybe another 10 days plus another 15 days for them to press a button and return 900 euros of my money which I paid in good faith for some equipment from them! Also where is the equipment??? I do not have it. If it has been wrongly delivered how do I prove that and get my money back????? It is a fiasco. I thought German companies gave quality and efficiency. Not in this case. All I have asked for is a firm delivery date. An estimated one could be days away for all i know. I am very unhappy and regret ever ordering from them. I want a refund back into my bank for undelivered goods immediately not in another months time. I cannot return the goods, I never recieved them in the first place! Therefore I should be refunded straight away.

Update. Today they finally discover that the equipment was delivered to another address. They still refuse to refund me for non delivery. It was insinuated that I had the machine. They sent me the address to where it had been delivered. It was nothing like my address. Someone has been extremely incompetent. All I want is my money back so I can purchase a machine from another company. They will not listen to me. It is not my problem or my fault. Give me my money and sort the mistake out with the couriers and yourselves. It is not right that I have to wait until you have resolved your issues.

Ordered the rower Nemo III Hybrid, very satisfied with it, easy to assemble. Very quiet, good resistance and compatible with kinomap. Maxtrader : very fast international shipping. Good package unfortunately the UPS driver damaged the box on delivery resulting in a broken part. Contacted Maxtrader support who immediately acted on this to send quickly free of charge a spare new part to repair it. Very satisfied with my purchase and Maxtrader, really recommended !

All went very smoothly. Quick delivery very easy assembly and the rowing machine works very well. The design is great. Love it

It was not the first time I bought from Max Trader GmbH. Last bought is NORDIK K18-S Treadmill. Excellent quality and excellent service .

Hello, the rowing came in perfect condition at my place. The final product is very friendly-user. Simple to mount (+/-1hr...) and to use.

I had ordered a Skandika Munin rowing machine with Decathlon. It was delivered by Maxtrader through UPS.
Delivery went fine and assembly of the machine went smoothly.
Contact with Maxtrader's helpdesk after delivery was also excellent!

I purchased a Skandika Gotland 6 from Max Trader GmbH and although it ripped with the wind after the 2nd time of using, I got onto Max Trader GmbH and immediately got it rectified.
I couldn’t praise their customer service enough, very good service. Thank you

Update 11.10.2024: Finally the wait is over! The replacement part arrived and I could assemble the trainer. Everything works now. Very satisfied from the initial impression and usage.

Update to product:
- Overall assembly was relatively simple and easy to do. Build quality is also on par to the premium trainers.
- Integration with Kinomap app was also very smooth.
- Ideal trainer which can be folded and moved which takes limited space without compromise - definitely a go!!

Update to service:
- All in all, it was very good experience with the customer service. The resolution took longer due to holiday season.

Update 02.10.2024: Customer service confirmed the shipping of the faulty part. Now waiting to get it delivered.

Update 26.09.2024: The item was finally delivered. While unpacking it was found damaged and now awaiting feedback. Packaging needs better handling for electronical parts.

Very poor management on delivery!!

Ordering from the website was really smooth but the site was showing that the item is available and will be delivered in 1 week. It will be almost 2 weeks and I still have no contact from the Spedition company.

-Very complete out of the box.
-Installation was a breeze.
-So far a very good experience with the rower, highly recommended.
-(the Kino app is a nice gimmick, but that's it. It might appeal to some. But you can also just fire up netflix and start rowing.)

I ordered the Scandika Silverstone XXL on amazon.de and although amazon told me it was going to take over a week to be delivered, I got it the next day by UPS! Awesome delivery (Germany to Belgium). So all came in a carton box, well packed and the tent itself in a travel bag, also well packed. Setting it up took us about 1 hour with just 1 extra person but the tent is big and spacious. My experience is very good with Max Trader so I can recommend. The only thing Scandika should do is add a real manual not just 1 page with a few pictures on it. But great product nevertheless.

Purchased a tent on ebay by this company, tent arrived and we set it up for a trial run and one of the pole holders was broke so I got onto the company to advise and they made a small refund as a gesture which was fine, we done another trial run before we set off on holidays and another problem, one of the poles broke! Now this is a brand new skandika tent. So I got onto Max trader again to say this was just unacceptable as we hadn't even used the tent!!
Max trader apologised and sent us a brand new tent, this is top class customer service in my eyes as they did not make the tent but took ownership as they sold it

I was a little nervous ordering from Max Trader after reading some negative reviews. However I decided to order a tent directly through them as they were the supplier of this particular tent to Amazon plus it was cheaper. Soon as I placed my order I received a confirmation of my receipt, followed shortly after with notice my tent had dispatched and full tracking information. My tent arrived just over a week later as scheduled. Excellent communication and tent is fantastic - great value for money

I cant highly recommend this company high enough I had ordered a tent from them it came on time I was so surprised at the quality of the tent and was amazed at the price it was an absolute bargain and I no what am talking about because I've had many tents , when the tent came there was a very slight problem with the ground sheet I could see it happened in transit it was in no way the fault of the company the box had some how got destroyed and the delivery company had taped it up so contacted max trader they had got straight back to me couldn't have been more helpful and a replacement part was immediately sent and they also followed it up to make sure I had received it and in perfect condition so refreshing to work with a company that there after sales is just as important as there sales and look forward to many more purchases from them in the very near future as for the tent it's a large family tent of high quality, plenty of stand up room and for the price it's a must have the name of my tent is a Skandika Montana 8 so any family that's looking for the best tent look no further and a great company behind it your sorted ,I dont often write reviews but this is more than deserving of my review thank you max trader uk

Ordered a Skandika wooden rowing machine. It took 5 weeks to be delivered and communication was very poor. Emails asking for estimated delivery dates or courier tracking numbers were ignored or unanswered. Only after raising a dispute with PayPal did they take any action and the rowing machine was then delivered a few days later. The rowing machine itself is excellent but I would think twice before ordering through Max Trader again and only if using a buyer protection system like PayPal.
