Unreliable MaxTotaal/PostNL and BAD communication. Shame on you.
I ordered my product FIVE DAYS ago.
On that date, I received an update from MaxTotaal about shipment via PostNL with a confirmation code, which allows me, the buyer, to click on the hot-linked shipment code.
When I am re-directed to the PostNL site, it read, "We kunnen helaas geen zending vinden met de barcode..."
MaxTotaal/PostNL, in these FIVE DAYS, has not given any updates as to the location or delivery time of my package - they've only sent out this customer review.
Bad communication, bad service.
I have a tip for both MaxTotaal/PostNL: DO YOUR JOBS. Deliver the product, or at least KNOW WHERE THE PRODUCT IS.
Otherwise, you're a bunch of thieves, not businessmen.
Shame on you.
