THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

This company is a scam. I bought a part for my truck and it failed. The part was a bypass valve and it blew out leaking all my coolant out. So I towed vehicle to mechanic and had it fixed. The mechanic got a new valve from dealership and fixed problem.. The old part was pretty much a paperweight. They initially offered 15$ refund along with excuses. Then raised it 20$ saying it was already too much for them. They have warehouses across the world, 60$ shouldn't be that big of a deal. They also in their logic said they would send me a whole new part. Which would cost the same. But they couldn't refund me my money. Now just recently they said I can return the part which is broken and will be thrown away and pay a 20% restock fee on top of shipping cost. This company is a scam. Stay away from them. I am currently still trying to get my refund.

Damaged product and terrible customer service

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. After waiting 3 week for my item to arrival it finally turned up damaged and unusable. I contact Maxspeedingrods to advise of the issue. After waiting a week I finally get a response. As requested I sent photos of the damaged item. After waiting another week, still no response. After multiple follow up emails i finally get a response asking if I would like a replacement sent out which I agree. Weeks go by with no contact, I finally receive an email asking if I would like to pay half of the postage which I declined. I should not have to pay postage for an item that I had already purchased and played for postage. After waiting another weeks I get another email stating that if I would like a replacement of item which was damaged on arrival I will now be required to pay the postage of $15.00. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the offer. For a company that prides themselves of quality products and great customer service is an absolute joke. I will never ever buy from this company again. To all buyers out there please be careful.

AVOID

I Purchased a set of coilovers after 3 months the seals were gone ordered a replacement set which had one already gone out of the box. Contacted customer services... one month for a partial resolution which resulted in them sending me an invoice for £60. Customer service is worse than their products. I was skeptical ordering from them as I had heard the quality issues were poor which proved to be the case. 10/10 avoid

I bought a turbo from them from ebay that last one year until it failed. They didn't agree any partial refund, just offered me to buy another one with a £30 discount from the original price that I paid. Definitely not recommended.

Avoid at all costs

This company (if we can call it that) is trading here in the UK with no contact telephone number or business/return shipping address. There is an e-mail address but nothing more. I received faulty parts that needed to be replaced but they refused. Instead, they offered a small discount. The faulty items would have cost me more to replace from a reputable source so I asked them to accept the entire shipment back and refund me. At this point, they stopped communicating with me, failing to answer my e-mails. I forwarded the e-mail chain to PayPal who I had used to make the original transaction and thankfully they helped with the return process.
That said, I had to return the parts at my own cost before they would refund me. The refund did come once the tracking document was produced but it was the same amount as the shipping cost to China!
Their address' in China refer to offices in commercial districts and the recipients refused the package. The telephone numbers for China either do not relate to the company or simply don't exist. After many weeks of dealing with the courier and Chinese Customs, we managed to have the package destroyed. If it had been returned to the UK, I would have been subjected to another cost of shipping and Customs duty.
I advise anybody thinking of dealing with this trader to think again. The company has no ethics and it has no customer focus worthy of note. My opinion is also that the parts are of inferior quality to that available here in the UK. You get what you pay for......and in this case, a whole lot less. I've put the hundreds of pounds I've lost down to experience so please use my experience as a lesson too.

New Alignment Support Plate For Sea-Doo…

New Alignment Support Plate For Sea-Doo PWC 529035506 295000141 Sales. This tool is junk. It is made of metal so soft there is no way it will arrive without being bent in transit. The only thing worse than this tool is the support you will receive from MaxSpeedingRods. First they try to tell me the tools wasn't bent, as if I want to open a support case for fun. The tool looked like a warped pool cue. This tool needs to be straight, what's the point of an alignment tool if it's bent. They ask me to send them pictures and make excuses that they never received the pictures, then they can't open the pictures. Then they start telling me they will ship me a replacement for $80, even if the tool wasn't made of soft metal, with very little chance of it arriving straight, why should I have to pay an additional $80 for shipping. After weeks of back and forth, I finally agree to pay an additional $20 for shipping of the part that arrived bent, at this point I'm just tired of being irritated so I give in and agree to pay another $20. Now I am into this for the original $165 plus another $20, total of $185. After 3 more weeks of silence (no shipping details or anything) I email again asking and they tell me they are out of stock and want me to wait another 4 weeks. I am floored, I tell them no I don't want to wait, refund my money, then they say they found one and are shipping it out. another weeks goes by and nothing. I inquire again, they tell me the shipping company lost it. They offer me a $30 refund and say I can keep the tool. What am I going to do with a bent alignment tool. I say no, then these clowns tell me that I have to ship the damaged product back to them on my dime, AND they are going to charge me a 20% restocking fee. What a joke, wast of $185 and way too much of my time. They do not stand behind their products, their products are cheaply made junk, then they will just run you around rather than take care of any problems. Zero integrity!

ARE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS FAKE?

Ordered maXpeedingrods Coilovers Shock Suspension with Top Mounts for BMW 5 Series E39 Sedan Only 1996 1997 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 - Blu. Well when they arrived they were incorrect for this vehicle. Front lower mounts were 55mm not the advertised 57mm. Returns are a joke with these people. I was required to pay return shipping on an incorrect part. Been harassing the hell out of them via email thru Amazon, Ebay, their website. Will continue to harass them until I get my full refund, even if I have to lawyer up. I will not share return shipping with them and I will not pay a restock fee. I will not let these people dictate my return I will get my $405.88usd
