Friendly service, disappointing storage.
Mandy Cirencester depot was super helpful throughout setting up my storage which was super last minute.
Unfortunately when we came to remove the items from storage 8 weeks later, a lot of items in my unit were damp. The unit was on the top floor and there was a window in the roof we can only assume was leaking.
This is obviously not what you expect when you store your items.

Thanks for the feedback and we are very sorry if goods got damp/wet while with us. We've checked the unit and can't find a leak in roof but we will obviously keep this under review and not re-let the unit unless we are confident there is no leak. We do wonder if water has been blown under the lining sheets on the roof given the terrible wet and windy weather we've been having.

Good units with different size options, clean and tidy. Set opening times however this in my mind makes it more secure and was never an issue for me. Helpful staff and competitive prices. Overall excellent and would use again.

We used maxself storage Cirencester, we needed storage urgently and they couldn’t be more accommodating. Great price and very friendly and approachable. If I had any complaint it would be that they where open longer on a Saturday. I would highly recommend and would use them again if needed in the future.

Storage and international shipping
We used the Cirencester Branch, the Manager, Ben, was so helpful and accommodating in fact the whole team were.
They have easy access and very reasonable. The biggest bonus was being able to use them to export all our stored goods to South Africa without any issues whatsoever. They packed up our personal belongings and arranged the shipment.

I found Max Self storage very good
I found Max Self storage very good - safe, reliable, dry and the whole organisation effecient.
But I decided their prices were higher than other storage places and increased reglularly so finally I decided to move our storage elsewhere.

Excellent Service & Friendly Staff
We’ve had a unit here for the last 9 years, the service has been perfect and the staff very friendly. The only reason we are moving is my new business premises comes with a warehouse.
