I would have given zero stars if I could. I bought 2 of these machines for my wife in February. On the lowest setting for about 1 minute she ended up with massive bruises. Contacted and after sending pictures etc. They agreed to refund and also to refund return postage which was £26.55 using the method of return they suggested. They refunded the amount of the machines but NOT the postage they promised to refund. I must have sent between 12 and 20 emails and have received promises every time that they would sort it. They just keep saying it in the hope I will stop. This is appalling . Please be aware that this is a disreputeable company in my experience and seem to have no intention of honouring their promise.

Order did not arrive, have tried to get a refund to no avail. Initially got a response to emails, but as soon as I asked for a refund they ceased communication Avoid at all costs.

It should have an option for minus one star. I've been robbed, spent money sending the product back "heated gloves" on January 26 and didn't receive the refund. Today 29/5/26 the packet arrived back saying unclaimed. I feel so stupid and frustrated.

Absolute ripoff.
The denturexi cleaner does not work. They promised to send a new one but didn't.

Like other users, I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Instead, I read a glowing review, suggesting that these Tipanexi pans were the very best available. They aren’t. Food stuck and burned. I was promised a 20% reduction as returning the items would be costly and difficult. I accepted this, but, nearly three weeks later, I have received nothing but meaningless AI emails. I will update this if I receive the refund, but would advise anyone to avoid buying from this dealer.

Absolutely rubbish, I thought I’d done my research but clearly not in the right direction. The site has what seems to be bogus Trustpilot reviews on there.
I bought a heated seat, it barely gets lukewarm warm in a patch 4cm square, then turns itself off. The customer service they talk about is nonexistent. DO NOT buy anything. This site should be taken down.

They are based in Hong Kong not in the UK. The product I bought from them: Denturexi Ultrasonic Denture Cleaner arrived with stains and scratches. They asked for photos and keep investigating the case for more than 3 weeks now and woudn't tell me the address where I can return the product. Customer service keeps saying I should not return it to the address on the package and offered a 15% refund to settle the issue, lol. So the site is a total fraud, don't buy anything from them, probably some doggie Chinese company assembling stuff in a dirty basement.

I ordered 2 heated car seat covers and a double adapter. I received 4 heated seat covers and no adapter. When getting in touch with the company they responded asked for photos acknowledged their mistake. After 4 weeks and various emails, still not sorted was offered a partial refund. When this was refused and full refund was requested, said they would send out the adapter straight away. Since then no response to any email. Would not recommend using this company. I thought it was a company based in the uk but it comes ftom HongKong. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I have emailed you now 5 times regarding missing screws from the door bell camera you sent me.
I was told that this would be looked into but have had no reply in 3 weeks.
I now wish to return the item as it is not fit for purpose.
DO NOT USE THIS SCAMM SITE. No reply, they don’t give a dam about you as a customer. They take your money and give you faulty goods. What a foolish thing to have done.

I purchased a frying pan from this website for £101.15. The website uses a .co.uk domain, prices are displayed in GBP, and there was no clear indication prior to purchase that the trader was based outside the UK or that returns would require international shipping.

After receiving the product, I found it to be not as described and sought a refund. The trader has refused to provide a refund unless I return the item to China at my own expense.

The website advertises “swift and easy return with no complications.” However, the actual return process requires shipping the item to China and paying international postage, which I consider unreasonable and inconsistent with UK consumer protection standards.

Exactly the same remarks as Brenda Topham.Bought Tipanexi Frying pan, Definitely DO NOT BUY. Followed the instructions but food stuck really badly, eventually used three times the oil normally used, still not non stick but marginally better. Have sent numerous emails, non responded to by customer service at Maxoffer. Do not honour their statements on their website regarding replacement or refund. Absolutely rubbish company and frying pan cheap and nasty copy.

Firm wants you to jump through hoops, send video of using the pan, as well as the packaging, which I no longer have. Wish I had had the common sense to check trustpilot before buying. Lesson learned the hard way.

It's terrible for such money, the quality is very cheap and it either works for karaoke or it doesn't. They told me to return it, then they said they would refund the money, now they are not returning the money and we don't have the item. We also paid 20 pounds for shipping. Stay away from these cheap Chinese goods.

Ordered 3 of the tipinexi frying pans for presents. One arrived dented. Initial contact from Kelly M was good and offered 10% discount however as this was a present I requested a replacement. I have now chased 5 times and still waiting. This wasn’t a cheap product.

Really disappointed!! I bought my husband a toasifire gilet for Christmas. Unfortunately too small. I contacted them and they saud would exchange with no issues and to send photographs which I did immediately. This was 27th December. I have since emailed at least 4 times and have had no reply. I am so frustrated and would not recommend this company!! The sizes must be incorrect as i ordered 3xl and checked the sizing! It wouldn't even close. What a waste of money!!!

I was referred to this site via another website recommending bike locks little did I know this comes from China and so far it's been 3 weeks and tracking says just departed china today absolutely awful the lock is very expensive too and no doubt will be poor quality or fake etc .
How do these Chinese websites get away with it ? Do not order from here the website who had link to max offer should be ashamed.
I need a lock for my ebike asap too .total crap delivery won't arrive til next year I guess

Product not as described on the MaxOffer website. All kinds of AI generated nonsense in response to my complaint but no actual resolution. Scammers.

I bought a pair of Jaw bone Head phones, these went faulty after one month, max offer do not reply to emails or offer repair / replacement
