Had to chase up delivery
Had to chase up delivery, no communication. Then no can of lacquer included as per the website. No response to emails or “live chat”. Buyer beware you are taking a chance.

They sent me the wrong colour paint, and do not reply to any of my emails.

paid but no product
made a purchase and received a email really quickly asking for a paint code, i replied back with as much information as i could and then a follow up email asking if the information was correct, also sent two follow up emails asking if they require more info or if they are dispatching and heard nothing back at all.

Wrong paint, no communication
Can't fault the delivery time (and the price was OK) but I received completely the wrong colour and have had no reply to every attempt to communicate.
Having looked at reviews (after ordering sadly) it seems I was lucky to get anything but still left without the spray can I needed

Been trying to obtain some tracking information for my order,still not received at the time of writing this review,will give it another few days

Ordered on Friday
Ordered on Friday, by following Tuesday no dispatch info so e mailed. Was told registration number of car wasn't showing colour code, which was annoying as they could have contacted me. Supplied code and stressed it was urgent as part paint was for was to be fitted by pre booked mobile mechanic on Saturday coming, was told paint would be mixed and dispatched that day. Next day i asked for tracking number, message to say it would be supplied when paint was dispatched. Managed to get a refund as i paid via PayPal. Utterly useless, avoid at all costs
