I can’t provide a kind review for this company. I placed an order in November for gifting for Christmas and never got my order. I have been trying to get this resolved but am getting no where. They are telling me it was delivered but it was not. I am handicapped and rarely leave my home. My mailman physically delivers my mail to me personally because of my physical condition.
I will not stop pursuing this until they resolve the issue. Not having any luck but I don’t plan to let it go.

My suggestion is do not order from this company. Not only are they not reimbursing me but they are not resolving the issue.

Not happy at all with this company.

They are trying to say I or a family member signed for it. Neither I or a family member signed for the package. I’ve requested proof of the signature and they have not sent any proof.

Very dissatisfied but I will not give up on this issue until they correct it. I last asked them to send me proof of my signature. Still waiting for their response.

Just got this piece and I’m really impressed with the design. Feels lightweight yet durable. For the price, it’s a solid buy, though the clasp could use some improvement. Overall, a charming addition to my collection.

Scam! I never received the package and every time I try to get in touch with someone they just transfer to a bot and says that someone will get back to you but never does. Still haven’t gotten a through to anyone since May( when I placed the order). Out money for the item and out $15 for shipping.

The item I purchased was sent without any shipping documentation and, therefore, it was stopped at the Customs Clearance Office in Spain. I had to provide all the documentation, I had to go in person to the postal office to pick up the notification of arrival, and I am still waiting for the item to be delivered to my address. This is no service at all. I strongly recommend not to purchase with them.
