The roll curtain received was not properly pre-mounted and the total length was above what was required.
The system to insert the roll in the brackets is in addition not well Designed.
We had to make some adjustments (e.g. shortening the tube) to put it in place.
There are better quality roll curtains on the market.

They don't care. Customer service does not pick up the phone, but promises to call back immediately..., which is not the case. You will NOT receive products you have ordered!

In this store, you can get free samples of fabrics for roller blinds, which is very convenient and makes it very easy to make the right choice. The roller blinds are of excellent quality.

We ordered twice, two different types of curtains. Both arrived without issues and fit perfectly, with simple means to fasten them.
I would like to highlight the customer service which is super helpful.

Blinds are good quality in terms of their materials and I have ordered them multiple times - but in the last set I got, one had a part missing and was wrongly assembled. They were quick to fix - although I had to disassemble and fix myself - but there is a need to improve quality assurance.
