Funds held indefinitely because of…

Funds held indefinitely because of poorly labelled polygon chain maintenance. Obviously shutting down a blockchain MUST be a pop up on the front page.
Horrible customer service refusing to estimate when the maintenance will be completed and my funds (which they have) released. Obviously the maintenance department has some idea of how long it will take and this information MUST be shared with all customers, let alone customers whose money MAX/Maicoin already has. So, do not trust this exchange. They have no respect for customers or their money
