JR was super efficient and provided excellent customer service. This is my husband and I second time coming to the 7709 University Area location and both experiences were pleasant. We definitely recommend this location specifically.
Shout out to Dewayne for being extremely helpful and going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. Dewayne took the time to make sure my tire was right. He explain everything and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The team at Mavis Tire was efficient and welcoming, and the shop itself was clean and well-organized. It’s clear they care about quality service and treating customers with respect. Because of Dewayne and the excellent service at Mavis Tire, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.
