These shoes had No Arch Support… just a cheap flat shoe!… and they buckled when you walk…plus Customer Service wasn’t any help at all… I won’t be buying anything else from them.

Stay away from this site. Horrible cheap quality. Not worth the price. Long lead time.

The quality of my item was subpar but I would have exchanged it. Couldn’t get a hold of customer service for weeks and then when they did respond with a link to return it, it was not eligible. BS company.

Horrible quality dress, not the same colour as the photo & stitching is shocking, can see loose threads when wearing dress. Refused refund, told that there is nothing wrong with the dress. Wouldn't EVER buy from this scaming company again. Total rip off.

If I could give zero I would. My order has never been fulfilled and I am unable to receive an update about my order. No one to talk to whatsoever. A day after placing this order, my card information was stolen and about $500 worth of fraudulent charges appeared.

I ordered a pair of shoes. First, they are represented with US sizes but I received Euro sized shoes that didn’t even correspond. Second, I tried to exchange the shoes and they said they didn’t do exchanges. Finally, they sent me a gift card in the amount of half of the price of shoes. I won’t be using it to purchase anything from them ever again!

I had a really disappointing experience with Mavena & Co. I ordered shoes online that ended up not fitting, and when I reached out, I was told that because the item was on sale they would not offer an exchange.

Their policy states that sale items cannot be refunded, but it does not say they cannot be exchanged, which was all I was asking for. The shoes were unworn and in original condition. Instead of an exchange, I was offered a $25 store credit on a ~$65 purchase, which would require me to spend more money without confidence in sizing.

I also want to caution others to be very careful during their checkout process — the selected size was not clearly displayed, which made it easy to end up with a size you did not intend to purchase.

It’s especially frustrating because the shoes themselves are actually very cute and good quality, but the checkout experience and customer service completely ruined the experience.

Cheap tat, looks nothing like the item I ordered. I wanted to return the item but when tried contacting customer service the email is bounced back undelivered. This company is a scam site ...beware. Shop else way with a proper company

Dreadful cheap overpriced rubbish that looks nothing like the publicity photographs. The publicity's photographs show a two layer dress with what looked like a clique crows. The dress is one piece slimy material on the crows are just printed into the fabric. It looks like an old granny dress. Scam site

Love my bag.
Their item was out of stock and they reached out to me for an exchange free of cost. I got another bag and it took about 2 weeks to get to me but the quality is really good for the price.

My items shipped quickly. It was what I ordered and my bags are really cute.

took forever to ship my purse i’ll maybe order again the policies aren’t accurate as in the shipping and processing

Never received my item. Poor customer service. I was never refunded for my items. Tracking never updated. This is a scam site!!!! Be aware don’t order. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!!!

Very cheap quality for a $100 bag. Would not buy again.

Pros : loved the purse, easy to assemble, love the sparkle
Cons: packing wasn’t the best, I would prefer the straps and accessories to already be on the bag.

Ordered item got my confirmation then a email that my item was shipped while waiting for it for about a week I finally reached back
Out for them to tell me that they were out of stock.

Love the purple one and I think it was the best color I ever got from a friend in my town and it looks great and the color was perfect too so I’m not too worried I think it’s a good color I just wanted you guys know

i ordered a bag almost a month ago. tracking says USPS is awaiting the package from the company. it has said that for almost a month. i emailed customer service 3 separate times and even texted their instagram account and I never got a response.
