Went on trip and noticed only two camp chairs (we booked 4) and dirty dishes - not pleasant.

Hi Dragan, we are so sorry to hear this motorhome was not prepared as it should have been. This is not the standard we aim for. We appreciate you letting us know so we can be sure to tighten up our pre-hire checks. We hope that despite this, you still had a lovely trip.
Maui vehicle was excellent with pick up process a little disappointing.
The process of picking up the vehicle, despite previous completion of all rental documentation, was laborious taking some 2 1/2 hours. When a staff member finally became available, the process was then fairly rushed as time was ticking on in the day and others were waiting like us for attention. It is advisable to arrive very early to get in the queue.

Thanks for your review Peter. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that the wait time at pick-up wasn’t as smooth as it should have been. We’re always looking for ways to improve our service and reduce delays, and your input helps us do just that. Thank you for sharing your experience—we hope the rest of your trip went well.
motorhome was in unsatisfactory condition.
Motorhome had an unexpected bad maintenance status, event if maui knew, that we will be on the road for 30 days. House battery was down after 90 minutes, also after loading some nights.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear that certain aspects of your rental experience didn't meet your, or our, expectations regarding the vehicle quality and equipment. We aim for all of our motorhomes to meet the high standards we strive to uphold. We will pass on your feedback to the pre-hire team.
Our 3-night
Our 3-night, 4-day motorhome trip was an amazing experience for our family.
The Milky Way at night, the barbecue, and the comfortable sleeping arrangements made the trip truly memorable.
The vehicle performed very well, and it was easy to drive.
It runs on diesel, and with a full tank, you can travel up to around 750 km.
If you plan to explore more remote areas, we recommend adding a cleaning pack and a fuel pack.
