So this toothbrush is brilliant. BUT be careful! There is a Chinese site that have taken over the order page or some of them and you pay the same but receive a Chinese toothbrush that is made to look like this brand. It’s missing the brand name on the toothbrush. Useless! The original is great but the fake is poor. I bought the original first time and was scammed next time. I went via the correct link but if you check before paying the name changes. Double check or call them to order.

I emailed to cancel order 1 hour after I placed order.3 days later after 2 further emails mr joy replied that pack has been shipped and cannot be cancelled. I had already informed my banks credit card department and asked for charge back when I didn't get reply to my first email. I returned item without opening it to Southall address signed for delivery and proof of postage which I sent to my bank when my charge back was challenged haven't heard from them since

I purchased toothbrush pack which included flosser and extra brush heads, it stopped charging after 4 months, cost approx $AU260. Contacted support immediately sent video as requested, but they enabled my emails and I’ve never heard back!

I bought mine in 2023 and had a problem with charging the toothbrush. The company - after asking me to send video evidence of the issue - did send a replacement - not just charger but whole thing. It turned out to be the lead going to the charger.
I’ve just recently been looking for replacement toothbrush heads (btw they are not the same as Phillips sonicare)
And the website does seem to have disappeared. So the company may have folded.
I noticed in my search a toothbrush that looks very similar so have ordered the toothbrush heads from there - fingers crossed.

Like other reviews I purchased the Sonic Electric Toothbrush & Water Flosser Combo on 6/3/24.
Up until recently I had been very pleased with the toothbrush however it appears to have developed a problem. When being used the vibration is making a loud buzzing noise like there is a problem with the shaft

I wrote to them on 5/4/25 (with a couple of follows ups) as the toothbrush was only just over 12 months old I’d have expected something / a reply at best. Needless to say I have not received any responses and it looks like the website has disappeared. Looks like I’ll have to cut my losses.

AVOID ! Broke 12 months after buying. The website is down... Still waiting for a reply from the customer service but little hope on that front. I feel like I have been scammed by false advertising and I just ordered a Philips that comes with warranty from the retailer.

I bought a MaArcher water flosser in September 2023 and it has now, just one and a half years later, failed. The battery fails to charge. I know it is out of warranty but to be quite honest I would have expected a product like this to last longer than just one and a half years. I feel this is a shoddy product.

The Toothbrush broke exactly 12months after purchasing. The website states their vision is to prevent increase in landfill and that their product is repairable. My Toothbrush does no longer charge and having contacted the customer service team I was told it was out of warranty. I asked how to get it repaired and I've been ghosted. It's a total waste of money. Company is based in China and took ages for delivery. I would nit recommend whatsoever. I suggest for £100 get a recognisable brand that is trusted

My dentist - private - has just told me my teeth are brilliant for the second time and nothing needs doing, not even a clean !
I am 70 and have used the brush twice a day for 15 months and it works and is comfortable to use with no gum discomfort !

Joy works for MauArcher. I know her quite well by now and can vouch for her dishonesty, obfuscation, and arrogance.
"The item has shipped", said Joy, "too late to cancel." And 10 days later it arrives with a sender's address in Middlesex. Return to sender, right? Wrong. "You must send returns to China." insists Joy. Why? Because - as she's at pains to point out - it might not arrive....or it might get damaged...and blah blah risk...blah blah no refund. All the classic BS that seems to accompany a lot of the goods (and people) made in China. That once great civilisation is reduced to weasels like Joy.

The toothbrush is actually very good at doing the job. However, mine has just failed at 14 months old. It was barely used in that time, probably being used as a full time brush for 6m only. I have contacted customer services who at first blush were attentive and expressed concern. I submitted videos and photos as requested and have since heard nothing despite a chase up from me. I am very disappointed in their service. I get the impression that they just don't care. Oddly, forgetting warranties and guarantees, this product shouldn't fail after 14m, no product should. This product should run and run for years.

I Have had it for more than one year now and I have chergerd it abiut 6 times only!.
It is allso efficient and does the job very well.
I would clearly reccomend it to anyone!!

A total scam. Three weeks since I’ve ordered item and have not received it. The tracking number of item is invalid and website no longer seems to exist.

Update on the refusal to cancel an order on the actual day the order was placed. Now they refuse to provide a return address REPLY PAID. Every two days they offer another 1 or 2% incentive to keep it. They are deliberately delaying so they can claim it has gone beyond the 30 days for a return and refund. I now have to locate the address and send it back at my own cost registered post. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE - IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

I bought this toothbrush combo with flosser in November 26, 2023. In January 10th, 2024 toothbrush started having charging problems but to be fair the company sent me a replacement one fairly quickly. I used it until 19th of November (2024) during this time the brush was OK nothing exceptional for the money you pay. In November it stopped working completely and it would not charge at all. I videoed the problem and emailed the company twice since they did not at all respond until 28th of November to say that I am now out of warranty and since they provided me with after sales once they will not refund me.
I used my previous Oral B toothbrush that bought for £20 for 5 years with no issues. I cannot believe I toothbrush I paid £118 stopped working completely after a year. I would not recommend anyone to go anywhere near this company. Buy yourself a something reliable instead if you want to save yourself a head ache and protect your oral care at the same time.

One star because there's no zero stars. I cancelled the order on the day I made it. Four days later after 4 more cancellation emails and no response at all they claimed it was too late and it had been sent. They then offered me to accept it and to provide me 10% as a bonus for accepting their deceit. This company is operating outside any consumer law and are a pack of liars.

Never received the product. I paid, they got the money and they have never shipped the toothbrush. It' s a scam. I also wrote emails and nobody answered.

I purchased the combo toothbrush and water flosser . Both worked very well for 14 months. However after that the flosser stopped charging and customer services were "LOL, out of warranty, sucks to be you" (paraphrasing here).
