Zero stars! After placing my order from a Facebook ad, I immediately felt suspicious and realized it may have been a scam. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel my order, to which they replied that it's too late because the order is already packed. I told them I want a refund, and they replied that I should just trust my first instinct to order the product and wait and see when I get it. What kind of reply is that? If I still want a refund then, they can help me. So I waited like a month and a half to get the product and of course it is nothing like it said in the ad and I wrote them that I wanted to return it for a refund. They said they would reimburse me $2 for the item as a sign of good faith. And if I still insist on returning I have to take pictures of the package and the wrapping and pay for return shipping and then send it and just trust them to refund me. Right! All this to say, I've learned my lesson. Oh, and also, the item was supposed to cost $21, which is the price I agreed to pay at checkout. But after paying, they sent me an email receipt that I had paid $29, which is including tax. I never agreed to this amount. This company is the worst ever. Please, I hope you read this before your order, if not, you've been scammed. I hope someone can report them so Facebook stop allowing their ads.

If I could give this company a ZERO star, I would. TOTAL SCAM!!!! Did not get what I ordered! Company would not refund. HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND.

I would give a minus if possible. I ordered foundation that took over a month to deliver and when I received it the product sent was not what I ordered. They refused to give me full amount I paid. Do not order anything from them. Fraud!!!!

FRAUD ALERT!!! Order placed and paid by PayPal. Unable to contact vendor and have not seen invoice or product. Does not respond to email. Pay Pal and Missouri Attorney General notified to investigate. Do not order from this scam Chinese company.

Ordered foundation and they sent me the wrong colour, emailed them, and they came back saying that they had sent the right colour according to my order. They would not sent out the right colour they wanted me to send back the product at my expense back to CHINA, which would cost me a fortune, then they offered compensation of 5 USD dollars.

Product is nothing like the advertisement. Can be found on temu. When asking for a refund as the foundation is like white zinc, they offered me $3. Not getting anywhere with them in regard to a refund, cheap terrible product at 10x the price as temu.

Frauds!!! ORDERED FROM MATUREIDEA.com RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT. WRONG COLOR. DO NOT ORDER FROM. FRAUDS AND WILL SEND YOU DIFFERENT PRODUCTS THAN ORDERED. Refusing to honor policy and they lied about fulfilling order properly. FRAUDS!!!! Overcharged my card and only after contacting CC company did they offer to give back overpayment due to illegal practices complaint. Still nothing on refund of fake/wrong product.

First of all what I ordered was supposed to Doll10 balm I waited 1 month which site says local warehouse ships in 5-7 business days it took a month. Second I ordered 1 light and 2 light/ medium I received completely wrong colors it’s literally so white it looks like clown makeup 🤡!! No exaggeration completely white! I have messaged them to get a refund we will see what they say regarding refund and return. And the knock off brand they sent me I could have ordered on Amazon for way less. But I don’t want it it’s chalky and white. Beware of this company!!

I would give you a 0 if I could. You site says delivered from local warehouse. This place is in China, does say that any where. I order on March 18 of 2025 and I still have not received my order. When I told them I want my money, they told me I cannot cancel this order. It is May 14th and still no package. Complete waste of my time and money. Worse place ever to order from

This is a horrible company. It says ships from local warehouses but it’s not true. The customer service is horrible as well. You’ll never get your items or your money back.

The product took forever to get here. The tracking link doesn't work. They claimed there was a delay in shipping due to Trump tariffs after the shipping info the sent me showed it had cleared custom. They charged me 33% sales tax. They sent a different product than what I actually ordered and in a color no where near the shade I ordered. Complete scam! Don't order from this site

Part 2 of my saga, now I'm getting an invoice from UPS International for the shipping of the incorrect item I received. I paid $5.99 for shipping and now UPS is billing me for $50 +. So Matureidea overcharged my credit card $6.39, sent the incorrect product and now trying to charge me for shipping that was their responsibility. Isn't some of this against the law?

The product I bought gave me a skin reaction. I asked for a refund but they don't want to. They first offered me a compensation of 2 USD. I replied and they increased it to 4 USD... it's laughing at people! I contacted paypal and then they answered me the return address in China. They want me to send the package with a tracking number and a photo…it would cost me almost as much as the product (43 CAD). They know very well that it's crap.
NEVER AGAIN ! 🤬🤮

They stole from me. Three months ago I paid money for a product, received NOTHING for it and now they want to give me some money back and keep the rest for themselves And I still have nothing. That is not how a business works. They are rude, dismissive and thieves

Do not shop from this retailer. It took over a month to have my item “delivered” which I never even received and when I contacted them for a refund or replacement, they denied it. So now, I am just out the money I spent. Do not shop from here.

Received my order after 3 or more weeks. I had my brush and a box, the box had a makeup container inside, no makeup was in it. After several emails, I was offered $4, then $7 after I pay shipping and handling back to China. They even state how expensive it will be. My next move is to go through PayPal.

I did get my product today from matureidea (EELHOE). It looks great, smells great and I got the color that I requested.

This company is a scam. They tell you that they ship from a local warehouse, but they do not tell you where the warehouse is located (it's China). I ordered undereye concealer. They listed all the ingredients that they do not use in the product but failed to list what ingredients are included in the product. Shame on me for ordering anyway. It was less than 10 minutes after ordering that I read bad reviews about this company, so I immediately cancelled my order via email. They did not respond to my email, so I sent 2 more emails with clear instructions that I wanted my order cancelled and my money refunded. No response from the company. My next email went to Pay Pal advising them of above. The company later responded and said that my order had already shipped. That's impossible since I cancelled the order less than 10 minutes after placing it. My fault for being stupid but believe me it will never happen again. I do not advise anyone to order from this company unless you don't mind losing your money.

“ If I could give Mature Idea a negative star review, I would. I ordered Tarte under eye corrector using my Apple Pay and it took forever to get the product. Once it arrived, it's not even Tarte; it's something else entirely by the name of EELHOE, and in a completely different, unusable color than what I ordered. The total was to be $26.58 (including shipping) but they charged me $33.22. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, not gonna happen. Stay away from them.”

I would give this company a zero if I could. They did not send the two products I ordered. When I sent email containing photos of items ordered and items delivered, they are clearly not the same. This company keeps telling me it is the same thing. This is nothing but a scam and a farce. Offering for me to return items, but it would cost very much, then offering refund of 5 dollars and then 7 dollars. This place needs to be shut down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
