Matt and Joy were great to work with. The photos from our wedding are fantastic and they captured so many lovely moments. Both of them are lovely people who work hard but they aren’t intrusive or under your feet. Our guests said how much they were running round trying to get great pics, being friendly and helping even the awkward hidden people feel comfortable infront of the lense. The price was great and the communication was fab. Nothing was too much trouble and they were flexible with our ideas. No regrets in choosing them for our wedding day!

Matt is an incredible photographer and a truly lovely person! I cannot recommend him enough for your photography needs, he is reliable, attentive, flexible, and very encouraging. While myself and my partner were having an engagement photoshoot with him, it was very clear to see how experienced he is and there was no doubt in my mind we would end up with beautiful photos. Matt is an absolutely incredible photographer. He was one of the first suppliers we picked for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! He checked in with us throughout the whole planning process. He really listened to what we wanted and we are over the moon with the photos he created.
He put us at ease throughout the day and Matt is so nice which is important when you spend a lot of time on your day with your photographer.

Matt and Joy are both brilliant photographers. I asked for recommendations on a local Facebook page and several people tagged Matt Allen photography. I looked through several wedding photographers and Matt’s page stood out as I preferred the photos that were on his website. The costs of the packages were also reasonable compared to others that I had looked at.

Before the day, you have the chance to meet and discuss what type of photos you would like and who you would like photos with. This meant on the day, the process of getting different people in for photos was as effortless as it could be! Matt also listened when I said I wanted less photos of the bridal party getting ready before. Therefore he had more time at the reception to take photos of guests dancing after the first dance as well as the bouquet toss which is one of my favourite photos!

Several wedding guests commented on the day that they were impressed with Matt and Joy and thought they were brilliant. I look back on the photos and I could not have asked for anything better. If you are looking for a wedding photographer, I would recommended Matt to anyone, you will not regret it!

Matt was the best choice of photographer for our wedding. In the weeks before, communication was great which really put our mind at ease and gave us one less thing to worry about on the day. The consultation session beforehand ensured that he knew what we wanted. On the day itself he was brilliant, organised, polite, great with the guests, everything you could wish for. And the end result was perfect, Matt captured our day just the way we wanted, we're so happy with the photos that he took.

Matt was fantastic. Very efficient with fast replies to our questions. The photos were ready before we expected and the online portal for viewing the photos worked well!
