The product spec was surprising higher than I even expected. I wish I had bought properly first time. Worth every extra penny over a poorer, cheaper product (that I previously had). My premium, rich carpet is fully protected and the mat is secure and stable for my substantial high backed office swivel chair.

Very pleased with both.
The mat is strong, was received flat and stays flat.
On a dark carpet it is unobtrusive and the studs grip well, so next to no movement.
We had previously replaced the casters of the office chair with "gliders" to minimize damage to a new carpet and this mat just maximizes the protection while allowing the chair to slide conveniently.
Just what we wanted and good value for money.
No hesitation in recommending this item.

All the information I needed was available on the website; ordering was easy and delivery was fast … I have bought three mats to date, used to cover/protect deep carpet and hard floors; they do a great job, worth the money, I would recommend them.

It's very rare I write a good review nowadays, which should hopefully give this some more weight.

Having purchased a (pretty robust) mat from (UK) Mat Stores, it came very quickly and seemed perfect for the job for ~3 months. However, it cracked at that point, despite me following all the guidelines provided. It's also worth noting I bought another one of their products in a smaller size a bit before that via their Amazon storefront, which is still pristine (despite seeing as much use).

I checked and there was a two-year (!) warranty on the cracked mat, for which I contacted customer service. Over the course of 5/6 emails, the person I spoke to (Bethany) was incredibly clear, polite, and quick at getting back to me. The end result of our email chain was a replacement sent at no extra cost to me, via next-day delivery.

I can't remember the last time I encountered such great customer service from anywhere. On that basis (and the assumption that the first mat had a manufacturing defect), I cannot recommend this company enough and will be going here for all my mat-related needs in the future!!

Ordered Desk Mat online on the 9th August 2023 and it was delivered the next day. The mat was packed flat, so that when it was put down, it laid perfectly flat. The mat is well made in polycarbonate and an excellent product. Excellent service and product.

Prompt despatch of what appears to be a good quality polycarbonate mat. Shipped flat (it is a smallish version) & well packed, so convenient to lay. Grips carpet well. Very clear & plain, so hardly visible. Quite thin but appears to spread the load from the chair wheels OK.

I love my 60 x 118" chair mat so much! It's big enough to extend from all the way under our home office's executive desk across the front of the computer credenza desk (L-shaped desk configuration) to under the right front leg of the lateral file. This means we can wheel our office chair anywhere we need to work, including pulling files or shredding paper, without slipping off the mat and having to shimmy back on AND without any mat movement or repositioning! My life, made easier. Living the dream!

Easy to order, good price and took one day to arrive. It's a good strong mat slides a little on the carpet. I've been using it a few days now no dents or cracks. I would defiantly buy again.

The customer service rep, Bethany Carpenter, was very prompt, informative and nice to work with. The
Megamat seems like a good quality product. However, the advertising that this mat will not slip on carpeting is not accurate. We had the mat down for one hour and it had already slipped 4 inches. Quite disappointing.
