The company I work for have been client's of Matrix for over five years. In all the time that I have dealt with them their customer service has been faultless. Jo always responds promptly to my e-mails and resolves any issues we have in record time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matrix Connect.

When our town chose Matrix, everybody in our small town put in a mandatory contribution. Three years later we were connected. Everything great for about 6 months. Then the outages started. No explanation, sometimes for days at a time. We were going crazy trying to run business and just stay connected. THEN the billing issues started. The dream is turning into a bad dream, and then into a nightmare. I don’t know who writes their reviews, may be some are genuine. But this seems like a mom-and-pop operation that has gotten bigger than they can handle. Would not recommend.

We have been using Matrix as our company provider for the past 4 years or so now. Not only are they very competitive, but their customer service is second to none (especial Dave & Jo!). Will definitely continue to use them & would highly recommend!

I have been dealing with Matrix Connect for over a year now, they have been nothing but amazing. We have over 200 mobile phone lines and 20 extensions managed by Matrix Connect and whenever an issue arises they are quick to respond and quick to fix the problem. It would be hard to beat their excellent level of service.

Having dealt with our Company mobiles for over 20 years it can be stressful trying to managing them all so moving 100+ connections to Matrix was the best thing ever..... Dave and his team have been brilliant. Always polite, Quick to respond and resolve any issues/queries, sometimes going the extra mile to get the job done. Leaving me less stressed and time to get on with more important tasks. Cant recommend them enough.

Matrix have been fantastic in bringing our office upto date with a more modern phone system and this has made all of our lives so much easier, they are always on hand if we have any queries or questions and I really cannot fault their customer service. Thank you all at Matrix.

Dave and the team are brilliant to deal with. Set up is effortless and if any tweaks and changes are required they are always on hand to assist quickly and efficiently.

We use the horizon service for our sales teams it’s brilliant and the call recording function is excellent for training and compliance.

Matrix Connect maintain our 30+ connections plus data packages, and offer us fantastic managed solution to mobile phone and data spend.
They are always on hand and track excessive spend alerting us any potential spend issues, whilst also supplying solutions at the same time.
Would highly recommend talking to the team to see what they can do.

I can't recomend Matrix enough. The switch was seamless and the after sales care is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team is as profficient as one another. I wish I'd done this years ago. Thanks Dave and team
