It's one of those bait-and-switch didn't platforms that lure you into subscription presenting you with a showcase of beautiful ladies. None of them can be found online though. I switched to J4Elit.com
and this is the best decision that I made. I'm going to marry Marina - the lady I met there four months ago. We immediately felt like we had known each other forever and started dating. Terrible website. Dodgy people. Interested only in money and scammers. I have been asking for refund with no success. No real profiles and if we contact the profiles there is no response because they are not actual numbers. Please do not fall for them. Waste of money and more than than constant disappointment because they promise to call and follow up and never too. Agent is either sick, child sick, some crisis but never available. Bad bad bad.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with Matrimonial India. The customer service is really unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy. I have been repeatedly contacted and pressured to upgrade my profile, even after already purchasing a subscription earlier. It is frustrating that instead of providing value within the existing plan, I was constantly pushed to pay more for a “VIP” service. If the standard package itself does not deliver proper features or support, it raises serious concerns about the credibility of the upgraded services. Additionally, the way customer service representatives communicate is unacceptable. Their tone often feels rude, aggressive, and at times even intimidating. Instead of assisting customers, they make you feel as though you are not genuine simply because you choose not to upgrade further. Overall, this platform has been a complete waste of my hard-earned money, time, and energy. Based on my experience, I strongly question the authenticity and value of the services provided.

They will constantly text you until your payment is received. Then they will assign so many relationship managers within the membership period. Some of the profiles they sent, are money scammers who eventually ask for money to save them so that they can marry you. Make you wonder if the relationship managers are involved in the scam. I have had 10 changes in 3 months and few are as follows: Mamta Komal, Priyanka, Rajni and finally Joyti Manurya. just keep in mind these are people who may contact you as well.

The team has a huge experience of how to cheat people who are desperately seeking alliances. The sales team would call you after the free registration. They will send lots of profiles through your emails. Lately, I have noted that some of them are already married but not removed from the website. Then they will tell lots of positive lies to persuade you to pay for a premium membership. Then, you would get a call saying the premium membership has limited options to contact the families. So they will say another lie to cheat and force you to pay for VIP membership. After payment, poor response.

Before I purchased a membership, I was receiving calls almost every 15 minutes encouraging me to upgrade. I felt pressured because of the constant follow-ups. However, the situation completely changed after I finally took the membership. It has now been 6 days, and none of my calls have been answered.
I specifically interacted with Lisha Mathew, and unfortunately, I did not receive the support or responsiveness that was promised during the sales calls. Before payment, I was given a lot of assurances, but after subscribing, I feel like those promises were not followed through.
Based on my personal experience, the pre-sales communication was extremely frequent, but post-payment support has been unresponsive. I feel disappointed and would advise others to carefully consider this before purchasing a membership.

Terrible customer service. They hound you before signing calling you 10 times a day and making fake promises. After signing you realize you have been lied to. All their prospects they had furnished you either disappear or are based in a far away country. They stop answering your calls and texts. Do business with them at your own risk.

My name is Anil Kumar from Cochin, Kerala. I had taken a Gold Membership on MatrimonialsIndia.com for my son, Dr. Vishnu Anil Kumar, who is staying in Frankfurt, Germany and working as a Radiologist.
Soon after taking the membership, I realized that this website appears to be fake. I tried sending messages to many profiles, but the messages were not delivered. There was no proper way to contact anyone, and the phone numbers provided were either not working or unreachable.
Later, I checked reviews on many websites and found that several people have reported similar experiences, stating that this is a fake matrimony site with self-created or non-genuine profiles.
Now I am planning to file a complaint with my bank and the Cyber Police to get my money refunded. I have also deleted my profile from MatrimonialsIndia.com because I am concerned that our personal data may be misused.
I believe I am now on the safer side after deleting the profile, but I strongly feel this website has cheated customers and misused their trust.

I had a very bad experience with this (Matrimonial India) website. Their sales representative repeatedly called me and made false claims about the availability and quality of profiles to push me into taking a Platinum subscription. Based on these assurances, I subscribed.
After payment, the reality was completely different. The promised data was misleading and incorrect, and once the subscription was activated, the sales executive (Priyanka) stopped responding to my calls and messages.

After making several international (IDD) calls to their office, we ultimately succeeded in obtaining a refund of our subscription fees.
What is even more disturbing is that even after requesting to delete my Son's profile, the account was not properly removed, and instead we were blocked from login to the website now.

This platform appears more focused on aggressive sales rather than genuine matchmaking or customer support. I strongly advise others to be very cautious and not rely on verbal promises made by their sales team.

Stay away if you don't wish to waste your hard-earned money. Big promises but no transparency or results. This organization cares more about sales and cash flow than customers requirements or satisfaction. Disappointed that I fell for a pushy salesperson. Least they could have done is provide a refund( full or partial) to redeem themselves but it will be foolish to try and reason with a company that cares little for customer service.

Many fake profiles and girls asked money and relationships advisors also are liars .They lie that they have a match but before connecting they asked for money and once payment is done they vanished..They phone again when they will convince you again to pay ..wasted a lot of money

I paid the amount they showed me the marriage profiles for two months.
