I haven't received my products and have no update on where they are, they left the US and are probably stuck in customs. I keep getting reminders to review a product I haven't received and paid extra for international shipping

Love the idea but insole arches aren’t enough to support my higher arches. Not sure if there’s a way to increase the arch support?

Excellent product. Arrived late, however, I blame USPS.

I first heard about Maternity Soles from The Pregnancy Podcast. I remember how much low back pain I had with my two previous pregnancies. I read the reviews online and decided to give them a try. I bought a set for casual and work shoes. The customization process was super easy (pop them in the oven and place in your desired pair of shoes and stand comfortably for a few minutes as directed). I think wearing Maternity Soles consistently has helped prevent back pain. I'm excited about they can be customized a few times before needing to buy a new pair.

The insoles were slightly damaged when I opened the box. And they were the wrong size. I need to return them to get a bigger size.

I wish I bought them sooner- my arches are tying to collapse and these insoles are saving them.
4 stars are because of a squeak, may be the shoe not the insole, but either way kind of annoying.

Comfy, great fit, great support. Bought in 2nd trimester and wish I got sooner.

I’m a nurse and work 12 hour shifts. I’m also 30 weeks pregnant and have been coming home with a sore back and feet. These truly helped so much, I was really surprised! I would give 5 stars but the sizing is really off, so sadly my toes hang off the front edge of the insoles and it feels a little weird… I really wish I would’ve sized up. Surprisingly they still helped quite a bit.

Excellent customer service and these insoles have made such a difference in my lower back pain during pregnancy. I’d highly recommend them to everyone I know who is pregnant (or not pregnant but dealing with foot or back pain). Such a game changer.

Never received. They were a Christmas gift that has been sitting at USPS since 12/14😡

I have been waiting for my insoles for 3 weeks with no updates sent to me. My original order confirmation link says that it has been in transit in Detroit the whole time. I'm glad I ordered early in my 2nd trimester because my need for insoles has continued to grow and if I had waited until now to order I wouldn't have received them when I needed them. At this point I still might not. I was so excited for them, but this delay has made me less eager for the product. I hope they come soon because my long hours at work are going to lead me to cancel the order and run to Walmart for something else!

The insoles were fine. I was charged an international fee even though the insoles came from the states. Customer Service let me know the charge would be reversed and I never heard from them again after checking back. The reverse charge was never taken care of.

I can walk in my rain boots again without limping! Thank goodness since it has been so wet!

These are the only insoles I found that would work! I tried everything and was getting regular foot massages to help with the pain-these things made a difference in just 2 days ( I stand on my feet all day)

I have enjoyed wearing my new maternity insoles. I noticed that my old insoles were wearing out much faster than my walking shoes themselves so buying these insoles have been a good in between before I have to purchase new shoes. I work a job that has me on my feet constantly so I did notice a large improvement when I began to wear these. I gave four stars because while they do work great, my feet still feel exhausted by the end of the day. Not sure if any amount of insoles can help with this since I’m headed into my third trimester anyways.

I had high hopes for these insoles and was looking for something that would give me a break from my Birkenstocks, which are my most comfortable shoes at the moment. Unfortunately, the insoles are disappointing. Even after following the instructions to heat the insoles and mold to my foot, they still do not increase comfort. The arch seems oddly placed and hits too far back on my foot. They are also very narrow. When I placed them in my tennis shoes, they didn't fill out the entire shoe box area and I could feel the drop off with my feet. Uncomfortable.
