Fast delivery, excellent customer service
Wonderful customer service, they deliver. I was so frustrated before finding Mateflex because I ordered similar volleyball indoor tiles from rubberflooring back in January; the worst experience and customer service. The flooring never arrived after 2 months. At the end, at the beginning of April I realized my flooring was never going to be on time for my boy’s birthday party, so I started looking for other options. I’m so glad I found Mateflex. When I contacted the company they took the time to help me and promised to ship the tiles in two days. Not only I got the flooring after the time they said, but also, it was better in quality and at a similar price. I cannot thank Mateflex enough; I’m genuinely grateful. My boy had a wonderful party on a brand new sports floor, as he wanted.
