tried a few other apps last year and…
tried a few other apps last year and they were full of bots or people trying to get you onto other platforms. this one actually feels like real people. I'm coming out of a long relationship and not really looking for anything serious, just wanted to talk to someone new. matchtruly so far so good

Customer service is too slow
I ran into a weird glitch where my main profile picture rotated sideways after I uploaded it, and there was no tool to rotate it back. I submitted a ticket to the help desk on Monday morning expecting a quick fix. I didn't get an email back until Thursday evening. The rep was perfectly polite and they did end up fixing the photo for me, but taking four days to resolve something that minor is a bit ridiculous when you're paying to use the site.
