Received a creditcard charge from Matching Couples at 650-268-5339 for something we did not order. Tried the phone number and it's always busy. Don't understand how TrustPilot gives them such a positive rating. Now I have to dispute the charge with the creditcard company, hopefully they won't require a card replacement as that is always such a hassle.

Still no delivery can’t track it and it was ordered in plenty of time for st Patrick’s day
So a total waste of time and they also do not reply to emails

I ordered the wrong size shirt. I caught it right after I ordered so I contacted the company about changing shirt sizes. I have not received an email or messenger message back. They have however shipped me the shirts. I can’t wear mine. I wish they got back to me.

Everything went great! My only complaint is that I felt the quality of the shirts should have been way better. For the price of these shirts you could use a better quality

Other than this review. I have received nothing. No confirmation, no tracking numbers, no product. Today's date 2/1/2025

I received the same shirt, I ordered one for male and for female and got both female ones

I received two identical shirts instead of a his and her shirt. Very disappointed.

I have ordered from this company several times and their shirts are always a hit for us. We wear them at parties or on vacation and definitely get the laughs and meet new people every time we wear them. Quality is great and I highly recommend them!

They arrived looking just like the picture. Pretty true to size too. A bit long but I guess that is better than the alternative.

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered two t-shirts 2 1/2 MONTHS ago and have not received the shirts or any shipping information. I have contacted them about my order and received no response

The sweatshirts fit well and came in good time. Both looked good, but color was a little duller than I was expecting.

I ordered a matching his and hers Christmas T-shirt set however was sent two T-shirts (correct sizings) wrong pattern for the male t-shirt. So I have two the same, which is not what I ordered. Have emailed and posted on fb page my issue with NIL response from matching couples. Very disappointed given the pair cost me $90 AUD.

Does anyone know how to contact this company. I have emailed them and WhatsApp and messenger and still no response. I have ordered the wrong size and all I want is confirmation they will change them x so frustrating

I have emailed this company 3 times with no response. When I placed order was told 2 days, it was over a week when items were delivered, not in time for event I had planned on wearing shirts. I have requested process to return items, I have not received any communication.

I ordered the Chest and Nuts t-shirts. The shirts are true to size and look like they appeared on line. The quality is decent as well.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the time it took to arrive. Online it showed it would arrive in 5-7 days and then when checking out you need to pay extra to get it during the time it said. Luckily I was planning ahead so I was fine with the arrival but it took at least two weeks to arrive.

I love the quality of these shirts. It’s too much fun wearing them and watching the people’s face when they catch on. My husband hates wearing matching shirts but digs in when I show him these. When all else fails shock the stuffings out of them!
