Thank you for your review. I believe you forgot to add a part in your review, that you tried to make a run for it by buying the coins with a stolen card, and thereby you're incapable to do the kyc, since you're not the person whose card was used for the transaction.

How would you know, whether the refund was made or weren't?
You're not the holder of the card, you didn't even use your original name for the review. Did you ask the person, whose card you stole?

About the kyc and non kyc related argument, the programs clearly states in multiple locations on the website as well as when you add a card, or the email verification that was sent to you that fiat or real money transactions has to verified and validated regardless of your program or account type. Only when the transactions is strictly crypto to crypto based, that is where you don't need to verify kyc.

Kindly be advised, that there aren't any cryptocurrency exchange in the world, that would let you transact with real money and not verify kyc. If there is, then they are probably frauds and must be reported immediately.

We will officially lodge a complaint and send the law enforcement, the entire session including, your IP's & MAC IP's and details of your account and every activity that you did on the platform. Let us see, who is saying the truth.

Oh an about the victim you played online with this review, i suggest you stop stealing cards from those elderly people and making them a victim.

BTW we know what we are doing and we will be blessed, but do you have the same confidence for yourself?

Thank you very much for your positive review. The account was put under reserve which is why you were not able to use the entire balance. The reserve has been lifted from your account, you would now be able to sell 100% of your coins on our platform.

Firstly, i like to clarify we are not a trading platform, and we don't have an order book. I am not sure where you found that. The only order book that we have is a live order update system that shows real time completed buy and sell orders. Which can be found though this link: https://masscoinex.com/live-orders and this link has all the updated orders.

Furthermore, we're a cryptocurrency exchange where users can only visit to buy, sell, withdraw or swap bitcoin and all other cryptocurrency available on our platform but cannot trade between coins pairs or fiat pairs not just yet.

Secondly, the reason you see everything zero is that you haven't completed your KYC process nor have you made any transaction on our platform. Unless there is an activity the system can't show you any data.

Thirdly, it is not mandatory that you need a kyc validated account. You can also use our non kyc program where you can buy crypto with crypto, but you need to deposit crypto first to perform crypto related exchanges. But then with our non kyc program you will not be able to perform any fiat related transactions, because fiat related transactions are only available for kyc and corporate accounts.

We are not sure how we may have misled you.

Moving forward, if we understand your query correctly you're intending to buy cryptos with your card by depositing fiat without verifying your kyc.

Unfortunately, no exchange in the world can or will allow that due to the Anti Money Laundering Policy implemented by the government from each country, and another reason being how would we verify if you're legitimately making this transaction and not using a stolen or lost card?

Hence, if you consider making any fiat related transactions then kyc validation is mandatory. Be it any exchange whether small or big.
