Company totally ignoring my sons refund request
Received neck massager at £83 from my son as a Christmas gift but he requested an immediate return as the item was unsuitable due to my medical needs therefore I am unable to use it.
After one emailed reply from Sarah on 30/12/23 "saying thank you for your email however we have to wait until the system was updated as it was still saying the parcel was in transit and that they would be back in touch after the Christmas break once the system said it had been delivered" but he has had no reply since then.
Currently he has sent five direct emails replying to Sarah and five emails using their contact us form on the website.
As per their returns instructions he quoted the order number but he has yet to receive returns/shipping label or any response so he cannot return it and obtain a refund.
The item has not even been taken out of the packaging once, I just read the enclosed leaflet.
