I was well pleased with the entire process. I ordered “sidewalk delivery” and the delivery person took great pains to move our equipment as close to our door as possible. The tables were easy to set up and have been working great. I have three very thankful therapists! Thank you!

I have been a customer of massage tools for the past 5 years, I have purchased hot towel warmers, mag lights, esthetics carts and several other items. The quality of their products and customer service is great.

Bought a handheld massager which was advertised as "lightweight"..It was huge and very heavy. I am 81 years old and knew I would not be able to use it. Followed return instructions, no return label. Also a restocking fee of 15%. So now I have to pay for returning it plus insurance plus 15% fee. It cost me money for something I could not use. Called the company and they could not care less. Told it was "company policy."

I like that. Should buy another one

I paid $150 to have the table delivered and when the delivery guy came he did not even take it off the truck he said he is not supposed to tell me this but if he puts it down it is an extra $25 so I called the company and that they said that is how it is supposed to be so I would never buy something again from the this company

Great table for my new business! The customer service was fabulous when I was missing the foot control. They were on it and kept us informed of the correction being done.

At this time i’ve only used the Microdermabrasion machine once. So far so good. Just wish it came with more extra filters I have a full schedule

It was a nightmare receiving my massage table. I thought I was saving money by ordering w/massagetools but I wish I had spent the extra $200 and just ordered from massage warehouse. It cost me way too much time and extra money dealing with massage tools.com and third-party services they use to deliver packages like tables. Total nightmare! I will never order anything from them again.
