I attended an appointment for an injury…
I attended an appointment for an injury I experienced. I went and met with a representative Andy. Andy was top notch, very helpful, understood the problem and give me some education & carried out stretches. I've done my research prior to this and have been doing my own stuff to support with my injury. After the visit I've been doing my stretches and have been fine ever since.
There was a follow up appointment booked. I've been managing on my own and i'm back to running. I called the office to advise i don't need the services anymore. No one was there to answer my call, however, i left a voice mail to advise that i won't need the appointment any further.
A week gone by and I received an email to advise that a further invoice has been given to me for £66. I wrote to their accounts team & office and included their director to query this as I've not used their services and no longer need their services.
Time has passed by and I received another email to advise an invoice is outstanding and further charges will be added if not paid.
I'm completely disheartened that I'm having to pay this and no one has been in touch with me about this.
I'm going to pay the invoice, however, feel that I'm just paying this because I've alot going on in my life that the easiest thing to do is to just pay it and move on...
I believed this was a professional practice. This is no take away from the practioner Andy, Andy was solid and I wish him all the best in his career.
Sadly, I will not be returning to use these services again, I would recommend Andy but not physio.co.uk sadly :(
